摘要
产教融合已成为地方高校实现应用型转型的重要途径。要真正实现产教融合、校企协同育人的目标,地方高校应通过多主体协同构建产教融合机制,多元化培养"双师型"教学团队,多角度创新专业教学体系,多层次打造校企合作平台,多维度建立质量评价体系,探索一条适应地方高校应用型人才培养的可行之路。
Industry-education integration has become an important way for local colleges to achieve the application-oriented transformation.To reach the twin goals of the industry-education integration as well as the coordination between colleges and enterprises,local colleges should provide an integration mechanism with the cooperation among different government departments as well as colleges and enterprises,encourage diversity in the training of the teaching staff with double professional qualifications,design the innovative teaching system from many different angles,build a multi-level cooperation platform between colleges and enterprises,and set up a multi-dimensional quality evaluation system,thus exploring the way for the feasibility of the utility-type personnel training in local colleges.
