摘要
地铁隧道在长期运营后,由于受各种不均匀的外力影响,地铁隧道空间结构会发生变形,需要定期对隧道空间结构进行限界测量,以评估隧道当前空间形态是否满足行车安全要求。传统限界测量主要采用全站仪或架站式扫描仪。全站仪采集点位数量少、效率低,架站式扫描仪数据冗余度大,处理工作量大。本文基于移动激光扫描点云进行地铁隧道限界测量检测,通过系统自动行驶,快速均匀地获取地铁隧道激光点云,并基于行进距离及设计等信息进行里程匹配,从而进行相应里程的限界分析;以青岛地铁2号线为例,介绍了移动激光扫描系统在地铁隧道限界测量中的应用情况,为地铁运营期的隧道健康维护提供借鉴和参考。
After the long-term operation of the subway tunnel,the space structure of the subway tunnel will be deformed due to various uneven external forces.It is necessary to measure the space structure of the tunnel regularly to evaluate whether the current space form of the tunnel meets the traffic safety requirements.The traditional boundary limit measurement mainly adopts the total station or the station scanner,the total station collection point number is small,the efficiency is low,the data redundancy of the station scanner is large,and the processing workload is large.Research subway tunnel limit detection based on mobile laser scanning point cloud,through the automatic system,fast and uniform access subway tunnel laser point cloud.Based on travel distance and design information mileage matching,so as to make the corresponding mileage limit analysis.Take Qingdao metro line 2 as an example,introduces the application of mobile laser scanning system in the subway tunnel limit measurement,provide reference for tunnel health maintenance during subway operation period.
