摘要
收敛变形是地铁隧道的常见病害之一,通常是由于隧道受内外力影响所致,变形的发生不仅会影响隧道正常使用,甚至会影响结构安全。传统收敛变形测量的手段主要是通过在隧道两侧粘贴反射片,通过全站仪测量两个反射片间距的变化从而判断变形量,该方法效率低,成果难以自动化表现。本文采用基于轨道的隧道移动三维激光扫描系统对隧道收敛变形进行检测,快速获取隧道三维点云数据,同时生成正射影像。对点云数据进行管片划分及里程匹配,即可根据点云数据计算出隧道变形量。最后以某城市地铁隧道为例,介绍了移动扫描技术在地铁隧道收敛变形检测的应用情况,对该技术的推广应用具有一定的借鉴意义。
Convergent deformation is one of the main diseases of subway tunnel,which is usually caused by the change of stress load around the tunnel,such as the influence of surrounding foundation pit construction,and the occurrence of convergent deformation will also cause tunnel cracks,seepage and other diseases.The traditional method of convergent deformation measurement is mainly to measure the change of the distance between the two reflectors by sticking the reflector on both sides of the tunnel and measuring the change of the distance between the two reflectors by total station.Because of the short window period at night,the efficiency of the method is low,and the results are difficult to express automatically.The convergence deformation of tunnel is detected by 3 D laser scanning system based on track.The convergence deformation is calculated based on 3 D point cloud information of each ring.Taking subway in a certain city as an example,the application of mobile scanning technology in the detection of convergence deformation of subway tunnel is introduced,which provides some references for the popularization and application of this technology in other tunnels.
