摘要
实习实践教学对高校培育学生的创新能力以及实践能力有着重要的意义,高校想要提高自身的实习实践教学的管理水准,培育出更多的高质量人才,就需要针对当前的实际情况展开分析,并结合实际情况提出当前实习时间、教学管理中存在的不足,从而构建合理的实习实践教学管理模式。高校通过构建合理、科学的实习实践教学管理模式,可以为学校内的学生构建出一个多层次的实验教学平台,并积极开放各种实验教室,革新实验教学内容,转变教学思想,培育更多具有创新能力、实践能力的新型人才。
Practice Teaching is of great significance for colleges and universities to cultivate students’innovative ability and practical ability.Colleges and universities want to improve their management level of practice teaching and cultivate more high-quality talents,it is necessary to analyze the actual situation at present and put forward the deficiencies in the current practice teaching management,so as to formulate a reasonable practice teaching management model.By establishing a reasonable and scientific practice teaching management mode,colleges and universities can build a multi-level experimental teaching platform for students in schools and actively open various experimental classrooms,reform the distribution of experimental teaching staff,change the previous teaching ideas,and eventually cultivate more innovative and practical ability of the new talent.
