摘要
为推动高校"新工科"建设,优化人才培养模式,提出了"有合作意识、有创新思维、有科研水准、有工程实践能力"的四有创新人才素质顶层设计模型。结合国家对创新人才综合素质的需求,基于知识—能力—素质—个性的"纵向"发展原则,构建了"价值目标、教育体系、资源搭建"三维创新人才培养生态体系,着力培养工程应用型复合人才;通过"挑战杯"等大学生创新创业竞赛的牵引,开展了"新工科"背景下的第二课堂教育教学的改革,形成并实证了产-学-研-赛的创新培养模式。
In order to promote the construction of "new engineering" in Colleges and universities and optimize the talent training mode, a top-level design model of "four innovative talents’ quality" is proposed, which is characterized by "cooperative consciousness, innovative thinking, scientific research level and engineering practice ability". Combined with the national demand for the comprehensive quality of innovative talents, based on the "vertical" development principle of knowledge, ability, quality and personality, a three-dimensional ecological system of "value goal, education system and resource construction" is constructed to cultivate engineering application-oriented compound talents. Guided by the "Challenge Cup" and other college students’ innovation and entrepreneurship competitions, the reform of the second classroom education and teaching under the background of "new engineering" has been carried out, and the innovation training mode with the closed-loop structure of production learning research competition has been formed and verified.
