摘要
名师工作室已成为促进教师专业发展的重要平台。该文介绍了养老护理校企名师工作室的成立背景、引领策略、业绩成果和创新实践,从反思客体、理性对话和个人发展三个方面,重点介绍了培养反思型教师的创新实践中构筑的以“实践-引导-反思”为取向的教师专业发展路径,以期为高职院校名师工作室引领教师专业发展提供借鉴。
Master studio has become an important platform to promote teachers’professional development.The article introduces four parts:the aged care master studio founded background,performance results,leading the strategy and innovation practice.In this paper,the Practice-Facilitation-Reflection(PFR)oriented faculty development path is being constructed based on innovative practice of training reflective teachers,including reflections from object,rational dialogue and personal development.The aim is to provide reference for the professional development of teachers led by master studios in higher vocational colleges.
