摘要
新时代大学生有着个性化明显、理想信念较务实、思想更开放等特点。劳动教育是我国优秀传统文化的组成部分,是大学生思想政治教育的重要内容,是德智体美劳全面发展的主要内容之一,对于实施五育并举、提高大学生综合素质有着重要意义。理解新时代高等院校劳动教育的理念与内涵,阐明大学生劳动教育的意义与价值,以多中心治理理论为视角,从高校、家庭与大学生三大主体出发,在继承和发扬优秀传统文化的基础上,探索高校大学生劳动教育的实践路径,为提高国家文化软实力、早日实现教育强国的目标提供了思路。
In the new era,college students have the characteristics of obvious individuality,more pragmatic ideals and beliefs,more open ideology.Labor education is a component of my country’s excellent traditional culture,an important content of college students’ideological and political education,and one of the main contents of the overall development of morality,intelligence,physical education,and art.It is of great significance to implement the"five educations"simultaneously,improve the comprehensive quality of college students.Grasp the concept and connotation of labor education in colleges and universities in the new era,clarify the significance and value of labor education for college students,from the perspective of multi center governance theory,proceed from the three main bodies of colleges,families and college students,and explore the advantages of labor education for college students on the basis of inheriting and carrying forward the excellent traditional culture of labor education.The path of practice provides ideas for improving the country’s cultural soft power and realizing the goal of an educational power as soon as possible.
