高效养猪废水除臭菌株的筛选及条件优化 被引量:6

Optimization of Conditions of Swine Manure and Screening for Efficient Microbial Deodorant Strains

摘要 为了减少畜禽养殖过程中恶臭气味的释放,该研究利用富集培养、除臭效果感官筛选及复筛等方法,最终从猪粪污水中筛选到了3株除臭菌株,通过形态学观察,生理生化分析和16S rRNA基因序列分析,菌株2-2、2-6、2-20最终确定为蜡样芽胞杆菌、曼氏毕赤酵母和玉米乳杆菌。菌株拮抗性分析及复配实验中,这3种菌按照比例1∶1∶1进行复配,除臭效果最好。对得到的复配菌液进行了条件优化,发现菌液稀释10倍,培养温度为30℃,初始pH为6.5时,对NH_(3)和H_(2)S的去除效果最明显,表明这3株菌在畜禽粪污除臭领域具有潜在的利用价值。 In order to reduce the release of odor during livestock and poultry breeding,enrichment culture,sensory screening and secondary screening of deodorization effect were used and three deodorant strains were ioslated from pig manure sewage.Strain 2-2,2-6 and 2-20 were finally identified as Bacillus cereus,Pichia mannei and Lactobacillus cornis based on the physiological and biochemical analysis and 16 SrRNA gene sequence analysis.Strain antagonism analysis and bacterial combination experiment showed that removal rates of ammonia and hydrogen sulfide were the best when the strains were mixed at 1∶1∶1.The optimal conditions of deodorizing by single factor test were incubation dilution of 10 times,temperature of 30℃,initial pH of 6.5.It showed that these strains have potential utilization value in the field of livestock and poultry deodorization.
