摘要
文章通过对一株克雷伯氏菌的多环芳烃降解能力进行了相关研究,并在以萘为单一碳源的培养条件下,确定此株克雷伯氏菌降解萘的最佳温度、接种量和底物浓度,实验结果表明,该株克雷伯氏菌能够高效降解萘、荧蒽、苯并(a)蒽等多种多环芳烃,且对萘的平均降解率达62.5%。确定该菌株对萘的最佳降解条件为37℃、1200 mg/L的底物浓度、3%的接种量,且菌株对萘的降解率受底物浓度的影响依次大于受接种量和温度的影响。
In this paper,the polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons degradation ability of the Klebsiella strain was studied,and the optimum degradation conditions for naphthalene degraded by the Klebsiella strain was explored under the condition of single carbon source culture with the different amount of bacteria,different substrate concentration and different temperature.The experimental results show that the Klebsiella strain can efficiently degrade naphthalene,fluoranthene,benzo(a)pyrene,and the average degradation rate of naphthalene is 62.5%.The optimum degradation conditions for naphthalene degraded by the Klebsiella strain in the experiment were as follows:37℃,1200 mg/L naphthalene concentration,3%bacterial inoculation,and the degradation rate of naphthalene by the strain affected by the concentration of naphthalene more than the amount of bacteria and the temperature.
