粉煤灰基吸附剂去除水中重金属的研究进展 被引量:9

Research Progress on Preparation of Adsorbent Based on Fly Ash and Its Application in the Removal of Heavy Metals in Water

摘要 粉煤灰是一种廉价易得的工业废弃物,但因其具有呈化学惰性的表面、有限的孔结构、低的比表面积,使得其作为吸附剂应用于水中重金属离子的去除方面受到限制,改性处理可赋予粉煤灰新的吸附特性。文中系统介绍了改性粉煤灰材料的制备及其用于水中重金属去除方面的研究进展,比较分析粉煤灰基材料自身及其在重金属处理应用中的优缺点,重金属包括以Pb、Hg、Cd等为首的高毒性二价阳离子和以Cr、As为首的含氧酸根负离子。得出粉煤灰沸石材料具有应用前景,处理二价阳离子尤为有效,接枝改性有助于有毒Cr(Ⅵ)阴离子的去除。应增加低污染、低成本、高吸附容量的粉煤灰基吸附材料的开发及其在实际废水中的应用研究。 Fly ash is a kind of cheap and easily available industrial waste,due to its chemically inert surface,limited pore structure and low specific surface area,its application as adsorbent in the remove of heavy metal ions in water was limited.Modification treatment could endow fly ash with new adsorption characteristics.This paper introduced systematically the preparation of modified fly ash materials and its research progress in the removal of heavy metals in water.Comparative analysis with regard to the advantages and disadvantages of fly ash based materials and their application in heavy metal treatment was also carried out.Heavy metals included divalent cations headed by Pb,Hg,Cd,etc.and oxygen anion headed by Cr,As with highly toxicity.It could be concluded that the zeolite material obtained from fly ash has a promising application prospect,especially for the treatment of divalent cations,and the grafting modification would be helpful to the removal of toxic Cr(Ⅵ)anions.The development of adsorption material based fly ash with low pollution,low cost and high adsorption capacity and its application in practical wastewater should be paid more attention.
