摘要
以橘皮废弃物为原料,经磷酸微波炭化-NaOH改性获得一种低成本的新型生物吸附剂,研究其对重金属铅的吸附影响因素和应用效果。结果表明,pH=5.0~6.5是橘皮废弃物吸附Pb2^+的适宜pH范围,120min达到吸附平衡;吸附剂对Pb2^+饱和吸附容量约为140mg/g,对低浓度(50~100mg/L)的Pb2^+吸附率超过99%。表征分析、共存离子以及动态柱吸附-解吸附实验结果表明,吸附过程中存在离子交换和取代现象,对重金属离子有良好的吸附去除能力,表现出良好的应用前景。
A new low cost bioadsorbent was obtained by microwave carbonization and sodium hydroxide method using orange peel waste as raw materials.Its influencing factors and adsorption effect of heavy metal lead were investigated in detail.The results showed that pH 5.0~6.5 was the suitable for orange peel adsorbent to adsorb Pb2^+,the adsorption equilibrium was reached at 120 min.The adsorbent had saturated adsorption capacity of about 140 mg/g and adsorption rate of 99%for low concentration(50~100 mg/L)lead ions.The results of characterization and the experiments of coexisting ions and dynamic adsorption-desorption columns showed that there was ion exchange and substitution in the adsorption process.This orange peel adsorbent had the advantages of good adsorption and removal ability for heavy metal ions,making biosorption had a wide application prospect.
