不同宽高比喷管气动/红外隐身性能综合分析

摘要 为了通过数值仿真方法探究不同宽高比对喷管性能的影响,利用通过数值仿真结果与试验的比对,验证数值方法的可靠性,利用该种数值仿真的手段对飞翼布局无人机的单边膨胀喷管后体气动性能及红外隐身性能进行了研究,分析了不同宽高比对其气动性能及红外隐身性能的影响。分析结果表明,由于喷管宽高比的增加,在保证二次流进口高度不变的情况下,随着二次流的流量增加,二次流增推效果也逐渐增加;随着喷管宽高比的增加,二次流冷却掺混增强,降低喷流温度及喷管下壁面温度能力越强,红外辐射强度越弱。 In order to study the influence of different width-to-high ratio on nozzle Performance by numerical method,the reliability of the numerical method was verified by comparing the simulation results with the experiment.The aerodynamic performance and infrared stealth performance of the single-sided expansion nozzle of the wing layout UAV are studied by this numerical simulation method,and the influence of different width-to-high ratios on the aerodynamic performance and infrared stealth performance is analyzed.The analysis results show that due to the increase of the width-to-high ratio of the nozzle,the push-in effect gradually increases with the increase of secondary flow under the condition that the inlet height of the secondary flow remains unchanged;with the increase of the width-to-high ratio of the nozzle and enhance of the secondary flow cooling mixing,stronger the ability of reducing the temperature of tail jet and the nozzle’s lower wall,the weaker the infrared radiation intensity.
