摘要
目的研究熊去氧胆酸联合腺苷蛋氨酸治疗妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症的临床疗效。方法抽取我院特定时段内收诊的138例妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症患者作为研究资料,依据治疗措施的差异分为2组,对照组采纳常规治疗联合熊去氧胆酸治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用腺苷蛋氨酸治疗;对比分析治疗前后血清生化指标情况、瘙痒评分以及妊娠结局。结果观察组治疗后TBA、AST、ALT、TBIL等指标均明显低于对照组;瘙痒评分、观察组低于对照组;观察组胎儿窘迫1.4%,早产4.3%,剖宫产2.8%,新生儿Apgar(9.36±0.55)分;妊娠结局明显好于对照组,组间对比,差异性显著,P<0.05。结论熊去氧胆酸联合腺苷蛋氨酸治疗妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症临床应用价值较高,可以推广应用。
Objective To study the effect of ursodeoxycholic acid combined with adenosylmethionine on neonatal Apgar score in the clinical treatment of patients with intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy.Methods A total of 138 patients with intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy who were admitted to a specific time in our hospital were enrolled as study data.The patients were divided into two groups according to the difference of treatment measures.The control group was treated with conventional treatment combined with ursodeoxycholic acid.On the basis of the control group,the adenosylmethionine was added for treatment;the serum biochemical parameters,pruritus score and pregnancy outcome before and after treatment were compared and analyzed.Results The TBA,AST,ALT,TBIL and other indicators were significantly lower in the observation group than that in the control group;the pruritus score was lower in the observation group than that in the control group;the fetal distress in the observation group was 1.4%,the premature delivery was 4.3%,and the cesarean section was 2.8%,and the Apgar was(9.36±0.55)points;the pregnancy outcome was significantly better than the control group,there has significant difference between two groups,P<0.05.Conclusion The efficacy of ursodeoxycholic acid combined with adenosylmethionine in the clinical treatment of patients with intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy was significant and worthy of application.
