摘要
随着以大学生为代表的中国青年志愿者深入社会建设各领域,传统志愿服务的组织动员模式已无法满足当前大学生志愿服务的多元需求,大学生开始尝试通过自组织方式在志愿服务的内容、对象以及行动路径等方面进行突破,但也遭遇到合法性和规范化的挑战。本文以疫情期间某大学生自组织抗疫募捐志愿服务为例,探讨大学生志愿服务中自发行动与组织动员的契合可能,并对新时代大学生志愿服务的有效引导提出合理化建议。
Along with Chinese young volunteers,represented by college students,going deep into various fields of social construction,the traditional organization and mobilization model of voluntary service are unable to meet the diverse needs of the current college students’voluntary activity.College students begin to try to make breakthroughs in the content,object,and action path of voluntary service through self-organization,although encountering the challenge of legality and standardization.This paper takes the voluntary service of self-organized anti-epidemic fund-raising in a college during the epidemic period as an example to explore the possibility of the combination of spontaneous action and organizational mobilization in the voluntary service of college students,and to put forward reasonable suggestions for the effective guidance of the voluntary service of college students in the new era.
