摘要
本文从非传统安全概念引入中国起至中美贸易摩擦,系统梳理非传统安全在中国的学术研究、治理实践及二者的交互,认为中美贸易摩擦引发的贸易、科技、产业、经济、社会等多个领域的竞争与摩擦是当下最现实、最紧迫、最重大的非传统安全挑战,学术研究和治理实践都应增强忧患意识,围绕这个主题展开系统的研究和设计。
From the introduction of non-traditional security concept to the Sino-US trade war,this paper systematically sorts out the academic research,governance practices,and their interactions around non-traditional security in China.Competition and confrontation in trade,technology,industry,economy,society,etc.triggered by Sino-US trade conflict are the most realistic,urgent and significant non-traditional security challenges at present.Both research and practice should take the potential threats into account and conduct systematic research and design around this theme.
