生物质焚烧烟气脱硝技术难点及其发展动态 被引量:1

DIFFICULTIES AND OPTIMUM METHOD OF DENITRATION FOR A BIOMASS BOILER

摘要 生物质锅炉的氮氧化物减排一直存在技术难点,目前使用较多的SNCR技术已无法满足国家最新的超低排放要求。针对生物质焚烧烟气的5种脱硝技术及其优缺点进行对比分析。结果表明:SNCR+低温SCR联合脱硝技术是一种脱硝效率高、氨逃逸率低、节能、降碳,也是最适合生物质锅炉焚烧烟气特点的先进技术路线。 There is technological difficulties in denitration method of biomass boilers,the Selective Non-Catalytic Reduction technique cannot satisfy the Chinese government’s requirement.This paper selects five different denitration in order to compare and elect the appropriate method regarding to denitration of biomass boilers.As a result,“selective non-catalytic reduction+low temperature selective catalytic reduction”is the optimum method for denitration of biomass boilers,which considered its ability of high denitration efficiency,low ammonia escape rate,energy conservation and carbon reduction.
