摘要
总结1例腹部巨大淋巴结增生伴反复上消化道出血患者的护理经验。护理要点:介入术后再次消化道出血的观察和护理;围手术期重点关注口腔及呼吸道管理;树立风险防范意识预防诱因;基于聚焦解决模式的个体化化理护理;完善出院健康指导及延续性护理。患者于术后第14天出院,随访6个月恢复良好。
To summarize the nursing experience of a patient with large abdominal lymph node hyperplasia accompanied by repeated upper gastrointestinal bleeding.Nursing points:observation and nursing of recurrent gastrointestinal bleeding after interventional operation;perioperative focus on oral and respiratory management;risk prevention awareness to prevent predisposing factors;individualized psychological nursing based on focused solution model;improved discharge health guidance and continuity of care.The patient was discharged 14 d after surgery and recovered well at 6 months follow-up.
