摘要
进入数字时代,资本主义经济呈现出了一些新的变化。第一,数字资本主义剥削方式呈现出新变化,数字资本与数字劳动的对立和冲突更加突出,中小企业创造的剩余价值不断流向头部平台企业,网络殖民呈现出非暴力、隐蔽性的新特点。第二,机器代替人导致出现更多相对过剩人口,数字资本垄断导致更多生产过剩以及数字市场广泛化,资本主义基本矛盾在数字资本积累进程中不断激化,蕴含着爆发新一轮经济危机的可能性。第三,立足数字资本主义经济的新变化及对我国数字经济发展产生的影响,我国应该对数字资本进行合理引导与利用,走出一条符合我国国情的独特的中国特色数字经济发展道路。
Entering the digital age,the capitalist economy has shown some new changes.Firstly,the mode of exploitation of digital capitalism has changed,The antagonism and conflict between digital capital and digital labor have become more prominent,the surplus value created by small and medium-sized enterprises continues to flow to head-platform enterprises,and cybercolonization has taken on new features of nonviolence and covertness.Secondly,the emergence of relatively more surplus population due to the substitution of machines for people,more overproduction due to the monopolization of digital capital,and the broadening of the digital market have led to the intensification of the basic contradictions of capitalism in the process of the accumulation of digital capital,which implies the possibility of the outbreak of a new round of economic crises.Thirdly,based on the new changes in the digital capitalist economy and its impact on the development of China’s digital economy,China will aim at realizing the unity of the logic of capital and the logic of human development,reasonably guide and utilize the digital capital,and walk out of a unique road of development of the digital economy of Chinese characteristics in line with the specific conditions of the country.
