摘要
以重庆某区县自建房中掺杂使用欠火砖导致房屋重大安全隐患为例,旨在阐述2000年左右内陆区县涌现了大量自建房且以砖混结构居多,少量房屋所使用的烧结砖中掺杂欠火砖,现如今这些房屋已服役二十多年,欠火砖导致房屋安全隐患问题日益凸显,甚至严重危及住户的生命财产安全,应引起产权人(使用人)及主管部门的高度重视。文中提及的工程案例,供大家警醒与思考,提前处置消除类似房屋的安全隐患,杜绝安全事故发生;也可供同类房屋安全隐患排查时参考。
This paper takes the example of a district or county in Chongqing where the use of underfired bricks in self built houses leads to major hidden dangers of housing safety. It aims to explain that around 2000, a large number of self built houses emerged in inland districts and counties, most of which are brick concrete structures, and a small number of sintered bricks used in houses are adulterated with underfired bricks. Now these houses have been in service for more than 20 years, and underfired bricks have led to increasingly prominent hidden dangers of housing safety, even seriously endangering the lives and property of residents, The property owner(user) and the competent department should attach great importance to it. The engineering cases mentioned in the article are for everyone to be vigilant and think about, deal with and eliminate the potential safety hazards of similar houses in advance, and put an end to safety accidents;It can also be used as a reference for the troubleshooting of potential safety hazards of similar houses.
