摘要
为研究酸雨环境下水泥砂浆、混合砂浆、粉煤灰砂浆、砖块的力学性能变化,采用人工气候环境模拟实验室对砂浆试块及砖块进行加速腐蚀试验。在酸雨腐蚀0、50、100、150、200、250、300次的变量下,研究水泥砂浆试块、混合砂浆试块、粉煤灰砂浆试块、砖块的表观特性、力学性能及腐蚀机理。结果表明:随着酸雨腐蚀循环次数的增加,砂浆试块及砖块的表观形态变化明显;砂浆试块的抗压强度呈先增加后降低的趋势。与水泥砂浆相比,混合砂浆试块的耐酸雨腐蚀性能最差;掺入粉煤灰后砂浆的抗酸雨侵蚀能力没有明显改善。建立了酸雨侵蚀后砂浆试块、砖块抗压强度衰变规律的数学模型。
In order to study the change law of mechanical properties of cement mortar,mixed mortar,fly ash mortar and brick under the action of acid rain erosion.In this paper,the artificial atmosphere environment simulation technology was used to simulate acid rain erosion.Under the variables of 0,50,100,150,200,250 and 300 cycles of corrosion,the apparent forms and mechanical properties of cement mortar blocks,mixed mortar blocks,fly ash mortar blocks,and bricks were analyzed.The results show that with the increase number of acid rain corrosion cycles,the appearance of mortar blocks and bricks changes significantly,and the compressive strength of mortar blocks increases first and then decreases;the mixed mortar blocks have the worst acid rain corrosion resistance;the incorporation of fly ash into the mortar did not improve the resistance of the mortar to acid rain erosion;the decay law of the compressive strength of mortar blocks and bricks under the action of acid rain erosion was established.
