摘要
我国高度重视跨境电子商务的发展,推出一系列鼓励发展政策,其中,跨境电子商务综合试验区的设立对打造跨境电子商务完整的产业链和生态链具有重要意义。本文以跨境电子商务综合试验区作为准自然实验,采用多期双重差分法就跨境电商综合试验区对一般贸易出口总值的影响进行实证研究。结果表明:跨境电商综合试验区对一般贸易出口总值具有显著的提升作用,且具有明显的地区异质性。通过影响机制分析发现,跨境电商综合试验区通过提高企业竞争力和地区创新水平对一般贸易出口总值产生促进作用。鉴于此,应高效优质建设综合试验区、重视综合试验区效果的区域异质性、优化园区内的监管和服务,以促进对外贸易高质量发展。
China places great emphasis on the development of cross-border e-commerce and has introduced a series of policies to encourage its growth.Among these policies,the establishment of comprehensive pilot zones for cross-border e-commerce plays a significant role in creating a complete industrial chain and ecosystem for cross-border e-commerce.This paper takes the comprehensive pilot zones for cross-border e-commerce as a quasi-natural experiment and employs a multi-period difference-in-differences method to conduct an empirical study on the impact of these zones on the total value of general trade exports.The results indicate that the comprehensive pilot zones for cross-border e-commerce have a significant positive effect on the total value of general trade exports,with clear regional heterogeneity.The mechanism analysis reveals that these pilot zones enhance the competitiveness of enterprises and the level of regional innovation,thereby promoting the total value of general trade exports.In light of these findings,it is suggested to build the comprehensive pilot zones efficiently with high quality,pay attention to the regional heterogeneity of the effects of these zones,and optimize the supervision and services within the zones to promote high-quality development of foreign trade.
