摘要
【目的】回顾中国激光杂志社10年的发展历程,为我国培育世界一流科技期刊提供借鉴。【方法】对标世界一流杂志社,梳理中国激光杂志社在期刊集群化发展、数字化平台建设、媒体融合发展和学术活动组织等方面的工作进展。【结果】基于具有自主知识产权的中英文光学科技期刊集群平台和生产管理平台,杂志社的中英文科技期刊集群形成双核双集群的共生发展模式,辅以新媒体平台的传播和品牌学术活动的推广,构建全方位的杂志社科技期刊生态系统。【结论】数字时代的期刊出版与知识服务融合发展是建设一流科技期刊和期刊集群不可或缺的内容。
[Purposes]The ten-year development of Chinese Laser Press is reviewed to provide a reference for cultivating world-class scientific journals in China.[Methods]Benchmarking the world-class scientific presses,the progress of Chinese Laser Press was summarized in the area of journal cluster development,digital platform construction,media convergence development,and academic activity organization.[Findings]The cluster platform and production management platform of the Chinese and English optical scientific journals are established with independent intellectual property rights.The symbiosis development model of Chinese and English optical scientific journals is proposed,and a comprehensive scientific journal ecosystem in Chinese Laser Press is formed.Meanwhile,the ecosystem consists of new media platforms and brand academic activities.[Conclusions]The convergence development of journal publishing and knowledge services in the digital age is an indispensable content for building world-class scientific journals and journal clusters.
