摘要
【目的】探索高校一流期刊培育和"双一流"建设互融共生的措施和建议。【方法】分析我国高校主办的科技期刊和一流学科建设关联现状,针对如何促进二者的互融共生提出切实可行的建议。【结果】我国高校期刊和一流学科的融合度有待提升,期刊和学科建设的内生关系尚未形成,各高校应重视科技期刊和学科发展的互融共生,期刊围绕一流学科建设重点任务优化期刊栏目结构和组约稿件,助力学科重大、关键科学和技术问题聚焦,加强高校期刊在引进和培育人才中的作用,围绕学科发展需求/利用学科平台优势创办新刊,将主办高水平期刊纳入国家学科评价体系中,实现期刊与学科的互融共促。【结论】实现期刊和学科的互融共生对于我国学术发展具有特殊意义,通过世界一流科技期刊培育与"双一流"建设互促发展,推动我国科技期刊高质量发展,服务科技强国建设。
[Purposes]This paper is to explore the intrinsic relationship and mutual benefits between the double first-class construction and the cultivation of first-class journals sponsored by universities.[Methods]On the basis of fully analyzing the current relationship and potential problems in the process of developing the first-class journals and first-class disciplines,we put forward some suggestive advises on how to combine and integrate both sides and thereby promote mutual development of journals and disciplines.[Findings]The integral combination of university journals and first-class disciplines has not been well developed,and it is urgently necessary to explore the intrinsic relationship in the process of developing journals and their corresponding disciplines by universities.The university journals should optimize the key columns and contents and solicit manuscripts according to the characteristics of their corresponding first-class discipline construction,and focus on key scientific and technological breakthroughs.Universities can take advantages of journals for recruiting talents worldwide.It is strongly suggested that universities need to develop new journals for promoting the development of the corresponding disciplines,and for both governments and universities,it is better to incorporate academic journals as a key index in evaluating the development of disciplines.[Conclusions]It is important to note that strengthening the intrinsic relationship between journals and disciplines is pivotal for academic promotion.Through the cultivation of mutual benefits between first-class journals and double first-class construction,we can promote the high-quality development of scientific journals in China and serve the construction of a scientific and technological power.
