摘要
雨水排水管网的合理规划对防汛安全保障具有关键作用。传统雨水排水管网规划设计方法主观性较强、涉及大量手工数据处理,科学性及精确性有待进一步提升。在传统的恒定均匀流推理公式法的基础上,重点针对平原河网地区的自排雨水管网规划设计,利用QGIS组件和SWMM模型耦合技术,研究平原自排地区雨水排水管网智能规划技术并开发设计系统程序,能够实现快速的雨水管网平面布局设计、设计参数生成以及规划方案模型效果评估,并选取南方某平原河网地区对该程序系统进行了测试。对比结果显示,与传统的雨水管网规划设计方法相比,本研究成果能够较好提升规划设计的工作效率和设计精度。
The rational planning of storm sewer system plays a key role in urban flooding control and drainage.On the base of the traditional rational design theory with steady uniform flow,this paper focuses on a technology which can plan and design self-draining storm sewer system of plain areas,further scientific and accurate than the traditional method.An intelligent system program is studied and developed to design the storm sewer system automatically,using QGIS components and the SWMM model.There are three main functions realized by the system,which designs and generates storm sewers rapidly,calculates hydraulic parameters and evaluates the drainage capacity and effect of the designed storm sewer system.Finally,a case study was carried out on a plain area in the south of China,which turns out that the automatic design system can significantly enhance the efficiency and accuracy of the storm sewer system planning and design.
