摘要
目的:探讨Vitallium支架式可摘局部义齿(removable partial denture,RPD)在KennedyⅠ、Ⅱ类牙列缺损修复中对基牙牙周的影响。方法:选取38例KennedyⅠ、Ⅱ类牙列缺损病例,观察组Vitallium RPD(20例)和对照组钴铬RPD(18例),对比分析两组在戴牙前与戴牙后1年,基牙菌斑指数、松动度和探诊深度。结果:戴牙前后Vitallium RPD基牙菌斑指数、探诊深度均未出现明显变化(P=0.582,P=0.633);戴牙前后钴铬合金RPD基牙菌斑指数、探诊深度均出现明显变化(P=0.003,P=0.001)。戴牙后两组探诊深度有明显差异(P=0.002);在戴牙前后两组基牙松动度无显著差异(P=0.378,P=0.089)。结论:Vitallium铸造合金RPD对基牙牙周有一定保护作用,可作为游离端牙列缺损可摘局部义齿修复的一种常用设计方案。
Objective:To investigate the effect of Vitallium removable partial denture(RPD)on the periodontium of abutment teeth in Kennedy’s Class I and II dentition defect.Methods:Thirty-eight cases of Kennedy’s Class I and II dentition defects,including the observation group Vitallium RPD(n=20)and the control group cobalt chromium RPD(n=18).Before and 1 year after restoration the plaque index(PLI),mobility and probing depth(PD)of abutment teeth were evaluated.Results:There were no significant changes in the PLI and PD before and after restoration in Vitallium RPD group respectively(P=0.582,P=0.633),there were significant changes in cobalt chromium RPD group respectively(P=0.003,P=0.001).And after wearing the denture,there were significant differences in the PD between the two groups(P=0.002).There was no significant difference in the mobility of abutment teeth before and after wearing Vitallium RPD and cobalt chromium RPD respectively(P=0.378,P=0.089).Conclusion:Vitallium RPD has a certain protective effect on the periodontium of abutment teeth,which can be used as one of the common designs of RPD in cases of free-end dentition defect.
