摘要
在深化本科教育教学改革全面提高人才培养质量的背景下,积极推动高校建立书院制学生管理模式已经成为必然。然而,这项工作却面临着学院制学生管理模式的影响根深蒂固、高校硬件设施不到位、师资配备不足的问题,破解这个难题就要走一条书院制与学院制学生管理模式渐进式、渗透式、具有中国特色的融合发展道路,它必将成为中国高校教育改革的一种积极探索和有效尝试。
Under the background of deepening the reform of undergraduate education and teaching and improving the quality of talent cultivation is a necessity to actively promote the establishment of academy system student management model.However,this work faces the deep-rooted influence of the college system student management model,the influence of deficiency of the hardware facilities and teacher resources of universities.To solve problems hindering development is taking a system of academy and college system student management model of gradual,penetrative integrated development road with Chinese characteristics,it will be a positive exploration of China’s reform of college education.
