摘要
《外科正宗》集明以前外科成就之大成,极大丰富了外科实践经验,其中对“痈疽”一篇论述最为详尽。而肉芽肿性小叶性乳腺炎的发病特点符合书中所述痈疽之阴症表现。故参考《外科正宗》论治痈疽思维分期综合治疗GLM可以为临床辨证施治提供更加开阔的辨证路径。
Waike Zhengzong is a collection of surgical achievements before Ming Dynasty,which greatly enriches the surgical practice experience.Among them,the book describes“Carbuncle-abscess”in detail.The appearance of granulomatous lobular mastitis is consistent with the negative appearance described in the book.Therefore,the comprehensive treatment of GLM with reference to Waike Zhengzong can provide a more open dialectical path for clinical dialectical treatment.
