摘要
针对区域经济对机械类技能型人才的岗位需求,分析了目前高职生源特点及机械基础课程模块在课程体系中的核心地位,提出了“以机械制图为抓手,以学习成果为导向,借各级竞赛促动力,凭职业技能证书可检验”的机械基础课程模块教学改革方案。利用“图学模块强基础、设计模块重应用、制造模块强技术、分组教学建团队、师生互评共进步”等教学策略,通过多年“岗课赛证”融通的教学实践,对提升高职学生从事机械类岗位能力起到良好效果。
This article analyzes the characteristics of current higher vocational students and the core position of mechanical basic course module in the curriculum system in response to the job requirements of regional economy for mechanical skilled talents.A teaching reform plan for the mechanical foundation course module has been proposed,which focuses on mechanical drawing as a starting point,learning outcomes as a guide,leveraging competition at all levels to promote motivation,and can be tested with vocational skill certificates.After years of teaching practice of"post class competition certificate"integration,using teaching strategies such as"Graphics module enhances foundation,design module emphasizes application,manufacturing module strengthens technology,learning group builds teams,and teachers and students evaluate each other and make progress together",it is helpful to improve the ability of higher vocational students to engage in mechanical positions.
