亚低温治疗仪在重症脑炎患儿中的应用效果分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的分析亚低温治疗仪在重症脑炎患儿中的应用效果。方法回顾性分析2018年1月至2019年12月我院重症脑炎患儿50例,均行常规护理,将采用传统物理降温的25例患儿作为对照组,将采用亚低温治疗仪的25例患儿作为研究组,对比两组治疗效果、康复情况(体温正常时间、神志恢复时间、肢体活动恢复时间、惊厥消失时间)。结果研究组总有效率96.00%(24/25)较对照组76.00%(19/25)高(P<0.05);研究组体温正常时间、神志恢复时间、肢体活动恢复时间、惊厥消失时间较对照组短(P<0.05)。结论亚低温治疗仪应用于重症脑炎患儿中,可提高治疗效果,改善患儿临床症状,加快患儿康复进程。 Objective To analyze the application effect of mild hypothermia therapeutic instrument in children with severe encephalitis.Methods A retrospective analysis of 50 children with severe encephalitis in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 was performed routine care.Twenty-five children with traditional physical cooling were used as the control group,and 25 patients with mild hypothermia were used as the control group.Patients were used as the study group,and the treatment effect and rehabilitation status(normal time of body temperature,time for mental recovery,time for recovery of physical activity,time for convulsion disappearance)were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 96.00%(24/25)higher than the control group of 76.00%(19/25)(P<0.05).The normal temperature,time for mental recovery,time for limb recovery,and time for convulsion disappeared in the study group.The group was short(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of mild hypothermia therapeutic apparatus in children with severe encephalitis can improve the treatment effect,improve the clinical symptoms of children,and speed up the rehabilitation process of children.
