基于改进数字滤波和小波阈值的血栓弹力图仪信号处理

摘要 为提高血栓弹力图仪凝血功能状态检测效率,基于血栓弹力图仪采集的凝血强度信号,提出一种结合数字滤波算法与小波阈值去噪及Duffing系统的信号处理方法。方法针对血栓弹力图仪采集的凝血信号特点,在信号采集过程中因角度传感器的电机振动导致的噪声和干扰问题,采用改进数字滤波算法与小波软阈值去噪算法进行去噪处理;针对采集的凝血强度微弱信号,通过改进Duffing系统方程,以检测任意已知频率的微弱信号,实现了微弱信号的提取。仿真结果表明,所提方法可消除血栓弹力图仪采集的凝血强度信号中的随机噪声,检测到凝血强度微弱信号,且具有较高的灵敏度。相较于未处理的凝血强度信号,采用所提方法处理后的凝血强度信号更准确,可提高对凝血功能状态的检测效率。 In order to improve the detection efficiency of blood coagulation function of thromboelastography,a signal processing method combining digital filtering algorithm with wavelet threshold denoising and Duffing system is proposed based on the blood coagulation intensity signal collected by the thromboelastography.Aiming at the characteristics of blood coagulation signals collected by the thromboelastography,that is,the noise and interference caused by the motor vibration of the angle sensor during the signal collection process,the improved digital filtering algorithm and wavelet soft threshold denoising algorithm were used for denoising.Aiming at the collected weak coagulation intensity signal,the weak signal of any known frequency was detected by improving Duffing system equation,thus the weak signal was extracted.The simulation results show that the proposed method can eliminate the random noise in the coagulation intensity signal collected by the thromboelastography,detect the weak coagulation intensity signal,and have high sensitivity.Compared with the unprocessed coagulation intensity signal,the coagulation intensity signal processed by the proposed method is more accurate,which can improve the detection efficiency of the coagulation function state.
