隧道穿越不同岩性接触带支护应力及变形分析 被引量:5

摘要 不同岩性接触带由于上下地层软硬不同,地质条件较为复杂,在隧道施工过程中易出现变形、坍塌等情况,影响隧道施工安全。银西铁路贾塬隧道三次长距离穿越不同岩性接触带,为保证施工安全,在隧道典型断面埋设应力监测元器件。分析应力监测数据并结合数值模拟,研究隧道穿越不同岩性接触带时衬砌支护效果和受力特征。研究表明:不同岩性接触带隧道位于软弱围岩中的支护结构应力较大;贾塬隧道上台阶的支护结构应力较大,是隧道施工安全的薄弱位置,施工过程中要多加注意。 The geological conditions of different lithologic contact belts are complex,and the surrounding rock is soft and hard.It is prone to deformation and collapse during tunnel construction,which affects tunnel safety.The Jiayuan Tunnel of Yinxi Railway passes through long-distance different lithologic contact zones three times.In order to ensure construction safety,stress monitoring components are buried in the typical section of the tunnel.The stress monitoring data was analyzed and combined with numerical simulation to study the lining support effect and force characteristics of the tunnel passing through different lithologic contact belts.The research shows that the support structure of the different lithologic contact zone tunnels in the soft surrounding rock is relatively stressful;the supporting stress of the upper step of the Jiayuan tunnel is relatively large,which is a weak position for tunnel construction safety,and more attention should be paid during the construction process.
