摘要
为探究接触带对隧道支护结构的影响,以贾塬隧道为依托,针对红黏土砂岩夹泥岩接触带空间位置对隧道初期支护变形和结构内力的影响,采用有限差分数值计算方法进行分析,重点探讨隧道上方接触带位置对隧道拱顶下沉、水平收敛及支护内部应力的影响规律,并结合隧道断面形状进行分析。研究结果表明:(1)随着接触带分界面相对隧道拱顶的高度不断增加,初期支护变形值和最大应力值不断减小,且相对高度对竖向位移的影响大于水平位移的影响,并对其应力分布无明显影响;(2)接触带对隧道初期支护的影响随着相对高度的增加呈曲线变化,当接触带分界面超过拱顶上方15 m后,不再对隧道有明显影响;(3)通过对不同隧道断面形状进行分析,红黏土砂岩夹泥岩接触带对隧道的影响高度在1倍洞径以内。
In order to explore the influence of contact zone on tunnel support structure,this paper analyzes the influence of the spatial position of the contact zone between red clay sandstone and mudstone on the deformation and stress of the primary support of the tunnel based on the project of Jiayuan Tunnel.With the finite-difference numerical calculation method,the paper focuses on the influence of the spatial position of the contact zone above the tunnel on the vault settlement,the horizontal convergence and the stress of the primary support,and also analyzes the influence by different section forms of the tunnel.The results show that:(1)With the increase of the height of the interface between the contact zone and the tunnel vault,the deformation value and the maximum stress value of the primary support decrease,and the influence of the relative height on the vertical displacement is greater than that of the horizontal displacement.Meanwhile,there is no obvious influence on the stress distribution;(2)The influence of the contact zone on the primary support of the tunnel changes in a curve with the increase of the relative height.For the Jiayuan Tunnel,when the interface of contact zone is more than 15 m above the arch crown,there is no significant influence on the tunnel;(3)The analysis of different tunnel section forms shows that the influence height of red clay sandstone and mudstone contact zone on the tunnel is less than the tunnel diameter.
