摘要
习近平总书记关于全球治理重要论述的理论内涵主要有以共商共建共享的全球治理观为基本原则,以构建人类命运共同体为根本遵循,以文明交流互鉴为基本范式,以公正合理的发展观为变革方向;习近平总书记关于全球治理重要论述的基本特征主要表现为重视全球治理机制的整体化,推进全球治理规则的民主化,倡导全球治理模式的多元化,推动全球治理变革的法治化,构建以合作共赢为核心的新型国际关系;习近平总书记关于全球治理重要论述的现实意义主要有为推进全球治理体系变革提供中国方案,为化解全球治理赤字贡献中国力量,为促进经济全球化健康发展提供有力保障,为实现以中国式现代化全面推进民族复兴营造良好外部环境。
The theoretical connotation of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important statement on global governance is mainly based on the basic principle of jointly building and sharing the global governance concept,take the construction of a community with a shared future for mankind as the fundamental principle,take the exchange and mutual learning of civilizations as the basic paradigm,and take a fair and reasonable view of development as the direction of change;the basic characteristics of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important statement on global governance are mainly reflected in the emphasis on the integration of global governance mechanism,the promotion of the democratization of global governance rules,the promotion of the diversification of global governance models,the promotion of the rule of law in global governance reform,and the construction of a new type of international relations with win-win cooperation as the core;the practical significance of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important statement on global governance is mainly to provide Chinese plan for promoting the reform of the global governance system,contribute Chinese strength to resolving the global governance deficit,provide a strong guarantee for promoting the healthy development of economic globalization,and create a good external environment for comprehensively promoting national rejuvenation with Chinese path to modernization.
