摘要
随着桥梁数量的日益增加,其结构安全性和耐久性检测与评估工作越发重要,基于桥梁模型开展多项性能指标的核验,对提升桥梁在日益增长的交通量和载重量情况下的安全性和耐久性意义深远。然而,当前桥梁模型制备存在制备时间长、消耗大、加工工具多、尺寸精度差且复杂结构部件无法制备等缺点,以桥梁结构模型制备方法为研究对象,针对材料合理性、细部尺寸准确性、各部件连接可靠性等技术需求,提出了一种基于激光近净成形技术的桥梁结构模型制备新方法并设计了一类桥梁模型制备装置,为分析桥梁新结构型式、探索复杂桥跨桥结构受力状态提供一种新思路。
With the increasing number of bridges,the detection and evaluation of the structural safety and durability are becoming more and more important.The inspection of multiple performance indexes based on the bridge models has profound significance to improve the safety and durability of the bridge with the increasing traffic volume and load.However,at present,for preparing bridge models,the process time is long,the consumption is large,the processing tools are many,the dimension accuracy is poor,and the complex structure parts cannot be prepared.In this paper,taking the preparation method of bridge structure model as the study objects,focusing on the material rationality,detail dimension accuracy,each component connection reliability and other technical requirements,a new bridge structure model preparation method based on Laser Engineered Net Shaping was proposed,and a kind of bridge model preparation equipment was designed,which provided a new idea for analyzing the new type of bridge structure and exploring the stress state of complex bridge span structure.
