新时代构建农科大学生网络素养教育体系的主要路径

Key Path to the Construction of Internet Literacy Education System for Agricultural Colleges Students in the New Era

摘要 互联网时代网络素养应成为大学生必备的基本素质。新农科建设为高等农业院校人才培养提出了新的要求,农科大学生网络素养要立体化、全方位地渗透进高等农业院校人才教育的方方面面,越来越多的研究者开始关注高等农业院校大学生网络素养教育体系的构建与完善,但实践应用方面效果甚微,鲜有完备的大学生网络素养教育体系。大学生的网络素养主要包括网络政治意识素养、理性认知素养、社交礼仪素养、信息安全素养和道德法律素养。分析农科大学生的网络素养发现,大学生具备一定信息甄别能力,但易受不良舆论诱导;线上虚拟互动频繁,但网络道德及法制意识淡薄;网络媒介多样化,但网络安全意识较弱;碎片化快餐式阅读,导致独立思考能力退化;一味追求娱乐化,利用新媒体学习能力不足。对此,高等农业院校要探索构建农科大学生网络素养教育体系的主要路径:通过逐步嵌入专业课程、设计编著专门教材和合理配备专业教师,从而补充教学内容,满足大学生的学习需要;积极打造网络素养提升平台、丰富“第二课堂”参与体验,拓宽多种渠道,助力大学生网络素养的自我提升;通过完善校园网络建设、健全校园网络管理机制和建立网络素养评价机制,加强相关建设,规范大学生网络行为。以期构建一套完备、专业和具有可操作性的高等农业院校网络素养教育体系,不断提升农科大学生的综合能力。 In the Internet Era,network literacy should become a basic quality necessary for college students.The development of emerging agricultural education has put forward new requirement for the cultivation of talents in agricultural colleges and universities.The network literacy of agricultural college students should penetrate into all aspects of talent education in agricultural colleges and universities in a three-dimensional and all-round way.More and more researchers have begun to pay attention to the construction and improvement of the network literacy education system for college students in agricultural colleges and universities,but the practical application has little effect,and there is little complete network literacy education system for college students.The network literacy of college students mainly includes network political awareness literacy,rational cognitive literacy,social etiquette literacy,information security literacy and moral and legal literacy.By analyzing the network literacy of agricultural college students,it is found that college students have certain information screening ability,but they are easy to be induced by bad public opinion;online virtual interaction is frequent,but the awareness of network morality and legal system is weak;the network media are diversified,but the awareness of network security is weak;college students are keen on fragmented and fast reading,which leads to the degradation of independent thinking ability;college students blindly pursue entertainment,but they are lack of learning ability by new media.To construct the network literacy education system for the students,agricultural colleges and universities should∶i)gradually embed professional courses,design and compile special teaching texybook and reasonably allocate professional teachers,so as to supplement the teaching content and meet the need for college students;ii)actively build the network literacy improvement platform,enrich the"second classroom"participation experience,broaden various channels and help college students improve their network literacy;iii)promote the campus network construction,improve the management mechanism of campus network and establish the evaluation mechanism of network literacy,standardize the network behavior ability of college students.All these countermeasures will help build a complete,professional and operable network literacy education system for agricultural colleges and universities,and continuously improve the comprehensive ability of agricultural college students.
