摘要
人口分布和区域经济发展之间的关系一直以来都是人口学、地理学以及经济学领域交叉研究的重点。第七次全国人口普查揭示了张家港人口转变的新特征。在阐述新特征、分析主要经济影响的基础上,重点探讨在当前国内国际双循环的背景下,如何充分挖掘各类人才的创造力,为创新驱动发展提供坚实人才支撑。
The relationship between spatial pattern of population and regional economic development has always been the priority of interdisciplinary research among demography,geography and economics.The seventh national census reveals that new characteristics of Zhangjiagang’s population transition has occurred.This paper expounds such new features and their economic impacts,based on which,it puts more emphasis on how to explore all kinds of talents’creativity,thus providing human capital support for driving high-quality development under the background of“Dual Circulation”.
