摘要
阅读是提升国民素质的一个重要方法,国民素质的提高是中华民族屹立于世界大国的根基。对于公共图书馆而言,儿童阅读推广工作是一项系统工程。本文阐述了公共图书馆开展儿童阅读推广的意义,指出公共图书馆在儿童阅读推广过程中起到的积极作用,并以天津图书馆(天津市少年儿童图书馆)儿童阅读推广活动的实践为例,从制定政策和立法保障,与时俱进、更新观念,营造良好的阅读环境,提升馆员素质培养等方面,提出了公共图书馆开展儿童阅读推广活动的有效策略。
Reading is an important way to improve the national quality,which is the foundation for the Chinese nation to stand tall in the world.For public libraries,children’s reading promotion is a systematic project.This paper expounds the significance of children’s reading promotion in public libraries,and points out the positive role played by public libraries in the process of children’s reading promotion.Taking the practice of children’s reading promotion in Tianjin Library(Tianjin Children’s Library)as an example,This paper puts forward some effective strategies for public libraries to carry out children’s reading promotion activities.
