摘要
目的探讨优化分层式护理对血液透析患者心理状态、生活质量以及并发症的影响。方法选取2020年1月-2021年10月在本院接受血液透析治疗患者68例,随机将其均分为对照组和实验组,每组各34例。给予对照组临床常规护理措施,给予实验优化分层式护理。对两组患者心理状态、生活质量评分以及并发症发生率进行比较。结果护理后,实验组患者回避、屈服评分显著低于对照组,面对评分显著高于对照组,生活质量各维度评分显著高于对照组,并发症发生率显著低于对照组,均差异显著(P<0.05)。结论优化分层式护理可显著提高血液透析患者正向心理状态以及缓解负面心理情绪,对于改善患者生活质量以及降低透析相关并发症发生率同样具有理想效果。
Objective:To analyze the effect of optimized hierarchical nursing on the psychological state,quality of life and complications of hemodialysis patients.Methods:68 patients with hemodialysis in our hospital were selected from January 2020 to October 2021,and randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 34 cases in each group.The control group was given routine clinical nursing and experimental optimized hierarchical nursing.The psychological status,quality of life score and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results:After nursing,the avoidance and yield scores of patients in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the face scores were significantly higher than those in the control group,the scores of all dimensions of quality of life were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the incidence of complications was significantly lower than those in the control group.Conclusion:Optimizing stratified nursing can significantly improve the positive psychological state and alleviate the negative psychological mood of hemodialysis patients,which has an ideal effect on improving the quality of life and reducing the incidence of related dialysis complications.
