摘要
目的:对中药材筋骨草的基原进行考辨以及现代研究进行归纳、整理,并分析其关联性。方法:从性状鉴别、拉丁名比对、相关医药古籍考证,对中药材筋骨草、植物金疮小草与筋骨草属近缘物种进行对比分析考辨中药材筋骨草的基原。查阅近几年的国内外相关文献,对筋骨草的化学成分、临床应用、药理效应、效应物质等方面进行系统性综述。结果:中药材筋骨草原植物为金疮小草,筋骨草具有免疫调节、抗炎、抑菌、抗病毒、镇咳祛痰、降压、降血脂、肝脏保护、抗肿瘤等多种功效,且疗效显著。结论:全面系统分析筋骨草功用与效应物质之间的关联性,对扩大其临床应用、发展区域经济有重要意义。
Objective:To identify the origin of Chinese medicinal materials Jingucao and to summarize,sort out and analyze the relevance of modern research.Methods:Based on morphology identification,Latin name comparison and textual research of ancient medical books,comparative analysis was conducted between Chinese medicinal materials Jingucao,the plant Ajuga decumbens Thunb.and Ajuga related species.In this study,the clinical application,pharmacological effects and of Jingucao were systematically reviewed by referring to the related literatures at home and abroad in recent years.Results:The original plant of Chinese medicinal materials Jingucao is Ajuga decumbens Thunb.,which has remarkable curative effect in,anti-inflammatory,bacteriostasis,anti-virus,antitussive and expectorant,antihypertensive,reducing blood lipid,liver protection,anti-tumor and so on.Conclusion:A comprehensive and systematic analysis of the correlation between the function and the of the Ajuga decumbens Thunb.is of great significance to the expansion of clinical application and the development of regional economy.
