摘要
目的:研究大叶山楝Aphanamixis grandifolia Bl.果实的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶柱色谱、反相硅胶柱色谱以及Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱色谱等方法进行分离纯化,通过波谱学方法(MS,NMR)进行结构鉴定。结果:从大叶山楝果实95%乙醇提取物中共分离鉴定了12个萜类化合物,分别为:dyvariabilin F(1)、hispidone(2)、bourjotinolone A(3)、toonapubesin A(4)、piscidinol A(5)、melianodiol(6)、hispidol A(7)、dihydroniloctin(8)、tirucalla-7,24-dien-3β,21,23-triol(9)、polystanin D(10)、methy 1(S),23(R)-diacetoxy-7(R),24ξ,25-trihy-droxy-(20S)-21,24-epoxy-3,4-seco-apotirucalla-4(28),14(15)-dien-3-oate(11)、polystanin A(12)。结论:其中,化合物1~4、6、8、9、11为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective:To study the chemical constituents from the fruits of Aphanamixis grandifolia.Methods:The chemical constituents were isolated and purified by silica gel column chromatography,inverse silica gel column chromatography,Sephadex LH-20 gel column chromatography and other chromatographic methods,the structures were identified by using spectral data methods of MS and NMR.Results:Twelve terpenoids were isolated from the 95%ethanol extract of the fruits of Aphanamixis grandifolia and identified as dyvariabilin F(1),hispidone(2),bourjotinolone A(3),toonapubesin A(4),piscidinol A(5),melianodiol(6),hispidol A(7),dihydroniloctin(8),tirucalla-7,24-dien-3β,21,23-triol(9),polystanin D(10),methy 1(S),23(R)-diacetoxy-7(R),24ξ,25-trihy-droxy-(20S)-21,24-epoxy-3,4-seco-apotirucalla-4(28),14(15)-dien-3-oate(11),polystanin A(12),respectively.Conclusion:Among them,compounds 1 to 4,6,8,9,11 are obtained from Aphanamixis grandifolia for the first time.
