摘要
目的:利用UPLC-Q-TOF/MS技术分析火麻仁的化学成分。方法:采用UPLC-Q-TOF/MS技术和Peakview软件对火麻仁进行数据采集和处理,结合国内外相关文献与对照品二级质谱库分析鉴定火麻仁的化学成分。结果:推断出火麻仁中的40个化学成分,包括16个脂肪酸类、11个生物碱类、4个苯丙素类、3个甾体类、4个氨基酸类、1个黄酮类、1个醌类成分。结论:该方法快速、简便,准确度高,为火麻仁化学成分的分析提供了一种新方法,也为火麻仁质量控制指标性成分的选择和药效物质基础的研究提供参考依据。
Objective:To analyze the chemical constituents from the Seeds of Cannabis sativa by UPLC-Q-TOF/MS.Methods:The data of Cannabis sativa seeds were collected and processed by UPLC-Q-TOF/MS and Peakview software,the chemical constituents of Cannabis sativa seeds were analyzed by relevant domestic,foreign literature and reference substance secondary mass spectrometry database.Results:40 chemical constituents of Cannabis sativa seeds were detected,including 16 fatty acids,11 alkaloids,4 phenylpropanoids,3 steroids,4 amino acids,1 flavone and 1 quinone.Conclusion:The method is rapid,simple and accurate,which provides a new method for the analysis of chemical constituents in Cannabis sativa and a reference for the selection of quality control index components and the study of pharmacodynamics.
