摘要
2019年12月以来,新冠肺炎疫情的传播给2020年博士研究生招考工作带来巨大挑战。如果疫情持续,传统现场考试形式则无法组织,如何在确保师生安全的前提下,在坚持公平、公正、公开的基础上,优化完善考核评价体系从而形成科学合理、规范易行的招生模式,让广大考生满意,已经成为摆在教育部门面前亟待解决的问题。通过对当前中医药院校博士招生工作的背景调研与情况梳理,归纳总结了北京中医药大学"申请-考核制"试行经验,厘清了当前调整招生方式所面临的关键问题,并提出对策及建议。期望在目前形势下,为教育部门的招生工作开展提供应对措施与决策参考,从长远来看,能够为"申请-考核制"的深入优化和未来全面实施贡献新的工作思路。
Since December 2019,the epidemic spread of COVID-19 has brought great challenges to the 2020 enrollment of doctoral candidates.If the traditional onsite exams cannot be organized due to COVID-19 outbreak,the impending challenge the Ministry of Education(MOE)confronted with is to optimize and improve an assessment system to construct a scientific,standardized and feasible enrollment mode,thus guaranteeing the safety of candidates and teaching staff as well and ensuring the fairness,impartiality and openness of the admission.Based on the current investigations and surveys,this paper summarizes the experimental practice of"applicationadmission assessment system"of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine,clarifies major problems where the accommodation with the new enrollment is necessary,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to solve the problems.It is expected to provide other high education institutions with some references in decision-making and solutions to the doctoral-student enrollment under the current circumstance,and in the long run,contribute new ways to further optimize and comprehensively implement the"application-admission assessment system".
