摘要
要办好职业教育,必须建设好"双师型"教师队伍。文章阐述了要建设德能并优的"双师型"教师队伍,构建教师发展护栏,就要完善教师队伍建设管理机制、队伍培养机制、队伍激励机制、兼职教师聘用机制、教师企业实践机制。要建设德能并优的教师队伍,就要进行顶层设计,科学制定队伍建设方案,确立研修措施,助力教师专业成长;采用四个研修项目,助力教师能力提升;评选"德技双馨"教师,营造优秀典范氛围,助力教师有榜样有目标地奋进。同时,也设想了队伍建设的新目标:建设德技兼修、结构合理、专兼结合、理实并重、评建结合、学用互化、德能并优的"双师型"教师队伍。
In order to run vocational education well,it must build up a team of double-qualified teachers well.In order to build a"double-qualified"teacher team and build a guardrail of teacher development,it should improve the management mechanism of teacher team construction,team training mechanism,team encouragement mechanism,part-time teacher employment mechanism and teacher enterprise practice mechanism.In order to build a team of teachers with excellent morality and ability,it is necessary to carry out top-level design,formulate a team construction plan scientifically,establish research and study measures,and help the professional growth of teachers.Four research and study projects are adopted to help improve teachers’ability;select"double-qualified"teacher with excellent morality and ability,create excellent model atmosphere,and help teachers have an example and aim to forge ahead.At the same time,it also envisages a new goal of the team construction to build a"double-qualified"teacher team:morality and technology are combined;structure is reasonable;specialty and part-time work are combined;theory and reality are paid equal attention to;evaluation and construction are combined;learning and application are interplay;morality and ability are combined and excellent.
