Objectives:The aim of this study was to verify the causal relationship between trait aggressiveness(TA)and moral disengagement(MD),know more about the growth trajectory of MD,and explore the effects of gender and TA o...Objectives:The aim of this study was to verify the causal relationship between trait aggressiveness(TA)and moral disengagement(MD),know more about the growth trajectory of MD,and explore the effects of gender and TA on the growth trajectory.Methods:We used the Buss-Perry Aggression Questionnaire and Moral Disengagement Scale to survey 433 Chinese junior high school students longitudinally three times.Results:The results of the random intercept cross-lagged panel model(RI-CLPM)analysis indicated that TA positively predicted MD,while MD did not predict TA at the within-person level.Thus,TA could be considered an antecedent variable of MD.Furthermore,the unconditional latent growth linear model analysis revealed that MD among junior high school students exhibited an upward trend,characterized by an increasing rate of growth over time.In the conditional latent growth linear model analysis,we found that gender influenced only the initial level of MD but had no effect on its growth rate.Conversely,TA demonstrated both delayed and immediate positive effects on the growth of MD.Conclusions:Our findings suggested a one-way cross-lag effect between TA and MD.Additionally,the growth trajectory of MD among junior high school students was found to be ascending.This growth trajectory was influenced by gender and TA,offering valuable insights for the prevention and intervention of behavioral problems in junior high school students.展开更多

First, we assess whether government-provided cyber threat intelligence (CTI) is helpful in preventing, or responding to, cyber-attacks among small businesses within the U.S. Defense Industrial Base (DIB). Second, we identify ways of improving the effectiveness of government-provided CTI to small businesses within the DIB. Based on a questionnaire-based survey, our findings suggest that government-provided CTI helps businesses within the DIB in preventing, or responding to, cyber-attacks providing a firm is familiar with the CTI. Unfortunately, a large percentage of small firms are not familiar with the government-provided CTI feeds and consequently are not utilizing the CTI. This latter situation is largely due to financial constraints confronting small businesses that prevent firms from having the wherewithal necessary to effectively utilize the government-provided CTI. However, we found a significant positive association between a firm’s familiarity with the government-provided CTI and whether a firm is being periodically reviewed by the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) or is compliant with the Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) program. The findings from our study also show that the participating firms believe that external cyber threats are more likely to be the cause of a future cybersecurity breach than internal cybersecurity threats. Finally, our study found that the portion of the IT budget that small businesses within the DIB spend on cybersecurity-related activities is dependent on the perception that a firm would be the target of an external cyber-attack.展开更多

Objective To establish a drug use evaluation(DUE)standard for meropenem in a tertiary medical institution in Beijing,and to analyze the use of meropenem for promoting the rational use of antibiotics.Methods A criteria...Objective To establish a drug use evaluation(DUE)standard for meropenem in a tertiary medical institution in Beijing,and to analyze the use of meropenem for promoting the rational use of antibiotics.Methods A criteria of DUE of meropenem was established based on drug instructions,related guidelines and experts’opinions.Then,120 cases of meropenem use from January to December 2021 were selected to carry out a retrospective study.Results and Conclusion 120 cases of meropenem use involved 8 clinical departments,including 38 cases in the Department of Respiratory Medicine,25 cases in the Department of Tuberculosis,and 20 cases in the Department of Gastroenterology.The detection rate of pathogenic microorganisms before first use was 79.17%,and the clinical treatment effectiveness rate was 81.67%.The irrational use of meropenem included poor grasp of usage indications,excessively high starting points,inappropriate usage and dosage,non-standard treatment courses,and excessive combination medication.Pharmacists should strengthen the monitoring and evaluation of carbapenem drugs such as meropenem,provide timely feedback on relevant situations,and promote rational clinical medication.展开更多

This aspect is frequently underappreciated, yet studies indicate it could be a significant area of environmental impact. For instance, research has shown that a typical electric vehicle needs around six times the mineral resources of a conventional vehicle, while an onshore wind turbine requires nine times the mineral input compared to a gas power plant of similar capacity. This paper seeks to analyze the environmental effects linked to the critical minerals required by certain renewable energy technologies. The study begins with an estimation of the future megawatt capacities for each type of renewable technology. Next, it calculates the specific mineral quantities necessary for each model, followed by an assessment of the environmental repercussions tied to their extraction and processing. As the goal of"low carbon"sustainable development becomes more salient,the corporations'environmental,social,and governance(ESG)practices are under higher visibility.How to promote the ESG performance of...As the goal of"low carbon"sustainable development becomes more salient,the corporations'environmental,social,and governance(ESG)practices are under higher visibility.How to promote the ESG performance of corporations has become a big challenge that needs to be solved.Spatial econometrics methods based on panel data on listed corporations in the period from 2018 to 2023 are used in the paper to empirically analyze the peer effect of a corporation from the view of strategic interaction.The results found relatively positive industry peer effects as well as regional peer effects.However,the latter is much weaker.Industry-wise results indicate that most sectors demonstrate positive peer competition on ESG issues,with only a few,like the special equipment manufacturing industry,not showing significant peer effects.The empirical results in this paper support the mode of cooperative interaction among firms,help broaden the scope of understanding factors that encourage ESG practices,and suggest relevant policies for boosting corporate social responsibilities and sustainable development through encouraging factors.展开更多
Objective To empirically analyze the relationship between Government R&D funding and R&D investment of the enterprises in different sub industries of pharmaceutical industry,and to provide reference for the de...Objective To empirically analyze the relationship between Government R&D funding and R&D investment of the enterprises in different sub industries of pharmaceutical industry,and to provide reference for the development of policies related to R&D funding input.Methods Granger causality test was performed using the data of relevant indicators in different sub industries of China’s pharmaceutical industry from 1995 to 2019 based on the theory of covariance.Results and Conclusion The funding of R&D from the government had a significant positive effect on their R&D funding inputs to enterprises with chemo products,Chinese patent products,and biological products.It means the improvement of government funding was beneficial in promoting the R&D investment from various sub industries of pharmaceutical industry.The order of this influence was biological products,chemo products,and Chinese patent drugs.As to chemical drugs and biological products,the government’s R&D funding and enterprises R&D funding input showed a good trend of mutual promotion in a certain lag period.The government can fully leverage its funding to promote the investment of all sub industries of pharmaceutical industry.Meanwhile,regulatory mechanisms should be refined for government funding.For the inheritance,innovation,and development of traditional Chinese medicine,the government should give more policy support than financial support.展开更多

Objective To evaluate the preventive drug use of magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate injection beyond the instructions by rapid health technology,and to provide reference for its rational clinical application.Methods The dat...Objective To evaluate the preventive drug use of magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate injection beyond the instructions by rapid health technology,and to provide reference for its rational clinical application.Methods The databases such as PubMed,Embase,the Cochrane Library,HowNet,Wanfang,VIP and HTA websites were searched.Two researchers screened the literature to extract data according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria.If necessary,a third researcher was consulted.The included literature was analyzed and concluded through corresponding quality evaluation.Results and Conclusion Four meta-analysis articles and five pharmacoeconomics articles were included.In terms of effectiveness,compared with the blank group and the control group(diammonium glycyrrhizinate,glutathione,and polyene phosphatidylcholine),the preventive use of magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate injection had a lower incidence of drug-induced liver injury with a more significant reduction in the levels of alanine aminotransferase,aspartate aminotransferase,alkaline phosphatase,and total bilirubin.In terms of safety,except for an economic study in which some patients had a transient increase in blood pressure during the use of magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate injection,other studies did not show the increasing risk of adverse reactions due to preventive medication.In terms of economy,the use of magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate injection for prevention of different diseases did not necessarily have economic advantages over the control group(blank group and reduced glutathione,polyene phosphatidylcholine injection,traditional Chinese medicine combined with magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate injection).In the prevention of drug induced liver injury,magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate injection used beyond the instructions has certain efficacy and safety,but it may not be the economic optimal for other different diseases.展开更多

Based on a questionnaire-based survey, our findings suggest that government-provided CTI helps businesses within the DIB in preventing, or responding to, cyber-attacks providing a firm is familiar with the CTI. Unfortunately, a large percentage of small firms are not familiar with the government-provided CTI feeds and consequently are not utilizing the CTI. This latter situation is largely due to financial constraints confronting small businesses that prevent firms from having the wherewithal necessary to effectively utilize the government-provided CTI. However, we found a significant positive association between a firm’s familiarity with the government-provided CTI and whether a firm is being periodically reviewed by the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) or is compliant with the Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) program. The findings from our study also show that the participating firms believe that external cyber threats are more likely to be the cause of a future cybersecurity breach than internal cybersecurity threats. Finally, our study found that the portion of the IT budget that small businesses within the DIB spend on cybersecurity-related activities is dependent on the perception that a firm would be the target of an external cyber-attack.
文摘Objective To study the key technologies in the field of ginsenosides and to offer a guide for the future development ginsenosides through the main path identification method based on genetic knowledge persistence algorithm(GKPA).Methods The global ginsenoside invention authorized patents were used as the data source to construct a ginsenoside patent self-citation network,and to identify high knowledge persistent patents(HKPP)of ginsenoside technology based on the GKPA,and extract its high knowledge persistence main path(HKPMP).Finally,the genetic forward and backward path(GFBP)was used to search the nodes on the main path,and draw the genetic forward and backward main path(GFBMP)of ginsenoside technology.Results and Conclusion The algorithm was applied to the field of ginsenosides.The research results show the milestone patents in ginsenosides technology and the main evolution process of three key technologies,which points out the future direction for the technological development of ginsenosides.The results obtained by this algorithm are more interpretable,comprehensive and scientific.

文摘Hidden champions play a critical role in China’s efforts to overcome technological and industrial“chokepoints”.These enterprises are pivotal for breaking free from Western technological embargoes,avoiding entrapment in low-value-added production,and driving industrial upgrading.Given the distinct market environment in which China’s hidden champions have emerged,it is both timely and practically significant to examine their growth trajectories and underlying mechanisms.This study adopts a resource allocation perspective to investigate the development path of Chinese manufacturing enterprises into hidden champions,using a vertical case study of Hailiya Group.The findings reveal that such enterprises achieve hidden champion status by vertically concentrating on niche markets while harnessing technological potential and horizontally diversifying their technology application scenarios.Their growth follows a“T-shaped”strategy,combining vertical specialization in a focused market with horizontal expansion into new applications.Four critical mechanisms underpin the rise of manufacturing hidden champions:market niche positioning,innovation-driven focus,application scenario expansion,and ecosystem development.Specifically,these enterprises strategically target niche markets,establish a technology-oriented competitive edge,broaden technology applications to unlock new profit opportunities,and develop collaborative ecosystems to share resources and drive industrial advancement.This paper not only extends the interpretive boundaries of resource allocation theory but also offers fresh insights into the emergence of Chinese manufacturing enterprises as hidden champions,enriching our understanding of their unique growth dynamics.
文摘Exploring the spatial evolution patterns of land use in creative urban tourism complexes provides theoretical and decision-making support to foster creative tourism projects.This study focuses on the Hangzhou Leisure Expo Garden as a case study,utilizing a land use change index model to analyze the spatial evolution characteristics and dynamic processes of creative urban tourism complexes,as well as to explore their spatial differentiation mechanisms.The analysis indicates that Hangzhou Leisure Expo Garden,initially a derelict industrial area dominated by production and residential land use,has evolved into a creative urban tourism complex with tourism comprehensive service land at its core,going through the pattern evolution processes of“constrained sprawl,”“intensive expansion,”and“random integration.”From the perspective of tourism human-land relationships,the formation of land use evolution patterns in creative urban tourism complexes results from various stakeholders(government,tourism enterprises,residents,tourists,etc.),as humanistic factors,continuously adapting to specific urban spaces,which are considered as geographical elements and have locational advantages and are oriented towards economic and social values.Based on the acquisition of stakeholder interests,the transformation of resource-disadvantaged areas into tourism advantage areas is facilitated,thereby achieving the re-creation of tourism creative space and promoting intensive spatial growth.
文摘Mongolia is a landlocked country with limited infrastructure and high dependence on the Xingang Tianjin port in China for imports. This research examines the potential impacts of establishing a dry port in Zamyn-Uud, Mongolia, utilizing a system dynamics modeling approach via Vensim software. The study evaluates transportation time, costs, inflation, and logistics performance index improvements, revealing that the establishment of the dry port can reduce transportation costs and delays significantly while enhancing economic growth. The findings offer actionable insights for policymakers and stakeholders in addressing logistical inefficiencies and fostering sustainable development in landlocked regions.
文摘Objective To establish a drug use evaluation(DUE)standard for meropenem in a tertiary medical institution in Beijing,and to analyze the use of meropenem for promoting the rational use of antibiotics.Methods A criteria of DUE of meropenem was established based on drug instructions,related guidelines and experts’opinions.Then,120 cases of meropenem use from January to December 2021 were selected to carry out a retrospective study.Results and Conclusion 120 cases of meropenem use involved 8 clinical departments,including 38 cases in the Department of Respiratory Medicine,25 cases in the Department of Tuberculosis,and 20 cases in the Department of Gastroenterology.The detection rate of pathogenic microorganisms before first use was 79.17%,and the clinical treatment effectiveness rate was 81.67%.The irrational use of meropenem included poor grasp of usage indications,excessively high starting points,inappropriate usage and dosage,non-standard treatment courses,and excessive combination medication.Pharmacists should strengthen the monitoring and evaluation of carbapenem drugs such as meropenem,provide timely feedback on relevant situations,and promote rational clinical medication.
文摘Objective To put forward some suggestions for improving the registration and regulation,the efficiency of evaluation,and approval of biosimilar in China so as to promote the development of biopharmaceutical industry and increase the accessibility of therapeutic drugs in China.Methods Literature related to the registration and regulation,evaluation and approval of biosimilars were sorted out to analyze the differences in China and the USA.Results and Conclusion Based on the analysis of the current situation of registration and regulation of biosimilars between China and the USA,it is suggested to improve the registration and regulation of biosimilars in China from the following four aspects:Establishing a biosimilar regulatory department,expanding the professional evaluation personnel,scientifically simplifying the registration and approval procedures,and constantly refining the types of communication meetings.
文摘Objective:Irrational medicine consumption practices increase the country's health expenditures and raise public health concerns,challenging sustainable development in multiple ways.The objective of this study is to identify the key factors influencing irrational medicine consumption and devise a strategic framework to encourage responsible medicine use.Method:A cross-sectional qualitative descriptive design was used.Study data were collected using semi-structured interviews and analysed using thematic analysis to identify the key factors contributing to irrational medicine consumption.Results:Various factors like cyberchondria coupled with health misinformation,inaccessible healthcare,limited product choices,misleading online pharmacies,and infeasible pharmaceutical regulations act as key drivers of irresponsible medicine consumption.The participants recommended enhancing healthcare access,utilizing technology,promoting health literacy,and updating regulations as strategies to improve responsible medicine use.Against this backdrop,the study proposes a double helix model for responsible consumption of medicines through bilateral efforts from both consumers and the health system.Conclusion:Highlighting the importance of responsible consumption,this paper calls health system actors to action to accelerate the efforts to foster responsible consumption of medicines.
文摘Renewable energy technologies, while often labeled as clean or net-zero alternatives to fossil fuels, involve substantial use of critical minerals in products like electric vehicles, solar panels, wind turbines, and battery storage systems. This aspect is frequently underappreciated, yet studies indicate it could be a significant area of environmental impact. For instance, research has shown that a typical electric vehicle needs around six times the mineral resources of a conventional vehicle, while an onshore wind turbine requires nine times the mineral input compared to a gas power plant of similar capacity. This paper seeks to analyze the environmental effects linked to the critical minerals required by certain renewable energy technologies. The study begins with an estimation of the future megawatt capacities for each type of renewable technology. Next, it calculates the specific mineral quantities necessary for each model, followed by an assessment of the environmental repercussions tied to their extraction and processing. The results highlight the unique environmental challenges posed by the rising demand for minerals in solar and wind energy systems, taking into account various adoption scenarios.

文摘As the goal of"low carbon"sustainable development becomes more salient,the corporations'environmental,social,and governance(ESG)practices are under higher visibility.How to promote the ESG performance of corporations has become a big challenge that needs to be solved.Spatial econometrics methods based on panel data on listed corporations in the period from 2018 to 2023 are used in the paper to empirically analyze the peer effect of a corporation from the view of strategic interaction.The results found relatively positive industry peer effects as well as regional peer effects.However,the latter is much weaker.Industry-wise results indicate that most sectors demonstrate positive peer competition on ESG issues,with only a few,like the special equipment manufacturing industry,not showing significant peer effects.The empirical results in this paper support the mode of cooperative interaction among firms,help broaden the scope of understanding factors that encourage ESG practices,and suggest relevant policies for boosting corporate social responsibilities and sustainable development through encouraging factors.
文摘Objective To empirically analyze the relationship between Government R&D funding and R&D investment of the enterprises in different sub industries of pharmaceutical industry,and to provide reference for the development of policies related to R&D funding input.Methods Granger causality test was performed using the data of relevant indicators in different sub industries of China’s pharmaceutical industry from 1995 to 2019 based on the theory of covariance.Results and Conclusion The funding of R&D from the government had a significant positive effect on their R&D funding inputs to enterprises with chemo products,Chinese patent products,and biological products.It means the improvement of government funding was beneficial in promoting the R&D investment from various sub industries of pharmaceutical industry.The order of this influence was biological products,chemo products,and Chinese patent drugs.As to chemical drugs and biological products,the government’s R&D funding and enterprises R&D funding input showed a good trend of mutual promotion in a certain lag period.The government can fully leverage its funding to promote the investment of all sub industries of pharmaceutical industry.Meanwhile,regulatory mechanisms should be refined for government funding.For the inheritance,innovation,and development of traditional Chinese medicine,the government should give more policy support than financial support.

文摘Objective To study the increasing use of sports and fitness APPs against the background of national fitness and post-epidemic era,and to provide some suggestions for the development of sports and fitness APPs.Methods Literature survey and mathematical statistics were used to define the concept of sports and fitness APPs,and their characteristics and advantages were investigated.Then,their problems were pointed out.Results and Conclusion The existing problems include some APPs favoring female users,single function,and slightly backward profit model.Some countermeasures such as enriching course types,taking into account all categories of users,expanding more functions,improving service quality,broadening profit channels,and improving marketing level are put forward.This can provide theoretical basis for the operation of sports and fitness APPs and better popularize the culture of national fitness.
文摘Objective To evaluate the preventive drug use of magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate injection beyond the instructions by rapid health technology,and to provide reference for its rational clinical application.Methods The databases such as PubMed,Embase,the Cochrane Library,HowNet,Wanfang,VIP and HTA websites were searched.Two researchers screened the literature to extract data according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria.If necessary,a third researcher was consulted.The included literature was analyzed and concluded through corresponding quality evaluation.Results and Conclusion Four meta-analysis articles and five pharmacoeconomics articles were included.In terms of effectiveness,compared with the blank group and the control group(diammonium glycyrrhizinate,glutathione,and polyene phosphatidylcholine),the preventive use of magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate injection had a lower incidence of drug-induced liver injury with a more significant reduction in the levels of alanine aminotransferase,aspartate aminotransferase,alkaline phosphatase,and total bilirubin.In terms of safety,except for an economic study in which some patients had a transient increase in blood pressure during the use of magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate injection,other studies did not show the increasing risk of adverse reactions due to preventive medication.In terms of economy,the use of magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate injection for prevention of different diseases did not necessarily have economic advantages over the control group(blank group and reduced glutathione,polyene phosphatidylcholine injection,traditional Chinese medicine combined with magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate injection).In the prevention of drug induced liver injury,magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate injection used beyond the instructions has certain efficacy and safety,but it may not be the economic optimal for other different diseases.
文摘Objective To analyze the market environment of heparin,and to provide reference for the development of the heparin industry in China.Methods The international market size and competition pattern of heparin was investigated first.Then,environmental analysis of it was made based on the PEST model.Results and Conclusion There is room for optimization of the relevant policies for the development of heparin industry in China.The use of heparin drugs and regulation should be further improved.In addition,the research and development ability of pharmaceutical enterprises should be enhanced,and the development strategy of heparin industry needs to be adjusted.
文摘Objective To analyze the problems of China’s pharmacovigilance organization system,and to provide targeted suggestions for improving it.Methods The relevant literature at home and abroad was reviewed to compared the differences in pharmacovigilance organizations in the United States,the European Union,Japan and China.Then,the problems of China’s pharmacovigilance organization management were found out.Results and Conclusion China’s pharmacovigilance organizational system has problems such as inadequate organizational setup,immature institutional construction,no coordination mechanism for pharmacovigilance practice,and industry associations of third-party organizations having no role to play.It is recommended to carry out theoretical and methodological research on the pharmacovigilance organizational system to provide practical guidance for optimizing the system with Chinese characteristics.

文摘Objective To study the importance of digital economy to promote the innovation development of enterprises under the background of the era of information technology reform.Methods The maximum entropy method was used to measure the comprehensive level of digital economy development at provincial level.Besides,the impact of digital economy on the innovation performance of pharmaceutical industry was investigated empirically by using A-share pharmaceutical companies listed in China from 2013 to 2020 as a research sample,and the mediating mechanism of R&D investment and financing constraints on the impact was examined.Results and Conclusion It is found that digital economy is significantly and positively related to the innovation performance of enterprises.The mechanism test shows that digital economy improves innovation performance through the expansion effect of R&D investment and alleviating financing constraints.In the context that digital economy has become a new driving force for enterprise innovation,the combination of digital economy and real economy should be actively promoted,R&D investment in pharmaceutical enterprises should be increased,and financing channels should be broadened.
