In order to study the current situation of slow employment of college students in China, the overall situation, development and research hotspots of slow employment of college students in recent years have been analyzed. Based on the China Knowledge Network (CNKI) database, CiteSpace 6.3.R1 software was used to visualize and analyze the literature on slow employment of college students in domestic journals, and a total of 818 articles in Chinese were included. Domestic studies show an explosive growth trend. The research institutions are all based on universities, but the partnership between institutions and scholars is not close enough. Research frontiers and hotspots focus on employment dilemmas, employment forms, and employment services. Strengthen the exchange and connection of scholars across regions and institutions to realize resource sharing;the research content is relatively focused and needs to develop the perspective of attention;enrich research methods and integrate multiple disciplines.展开更多
