BACKGROUND Prior studies have noted great variability in the plasma levels of risperidone(RIS).Plasma concentrations of RIS and its active moiety are highly variable and depend on absorption,metabolism,and other predi...BACKGROUND Prior studies have noted great variability in the plasma levels of risperidone(RIS).Plasma concentrations of RIS and its active moiety are highly variable and depend on absorption,metabolism,and other predictors of metabolic dysregulation;however,these factors are poorly understood and the association between metabolic change and change in psychopathology is uncertain.AIM To ascertain the characteristics of chronic schizophrenic patients treated with RIS,and to assess their relationship with plasma RIS levels.METHODS This was a descriptive cross-sectional study of 50 patients with a diagnosis of schizophrenic psychosis treated with RIS in a psychiatric service.The plasma concentrations of RIS and its metabolite 9-hydroxyrisperidone were determined by high performance liquid chromatography.The patients’demographic and clinical characteristics,and psychopathologies were assessed,and the associations between clinical variables and plasma levels of RIS were explored.RESULTS Male patients received higher doses of RIS than female ones,but plasma concentrations of RIS and risperidone+9-hydroxyrisperidone(active moiety)were higher in female patients.Age and the mean scores of the general psychopathology subscale of the Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale(PANSS)were significantly positively correlated with plasma concentrations of risperidone+9-hydroxyrisperidone adjusted for weight and dose in all 50 subjects.In male subjects,we found a statistically significant positive correlation between the concentrations of risperidone+9-hydroxyrisperidone in plasma/(dose×kg)and age,mean PANSS negative subscale scores,mean PANSS general psychopathology subscale scores,and mean PANSS total scores.CONCLUSION Long-term use of RIS should be closely monitored in older patients and females to minimize the risk of high concentrations which could induce side effects.展开更多

AIM: To investigate whether hepatitis B virus (HBV) could induce a hepatitis B virus core antigen (HBcAg)specific cytotoxic T lymphocyte (CTL) response in vitro by dendritic cells (DCs) transduced with lentiv...AIM: To investigate whether hepatitis B virus (HBV) could induce a hepatitis B virus core antigen (HBcAg)specific cytotoxic T lymphocyte (CTL) response in vitro by dendritic cells (DCs) transduced with lentiviral vector-encoding ubiquitinated hepatitis B virus core antigen (LV-Ub-HBcAg).METHODS: Recombinant LV-Ub-HBcAg were transfected into highly susceptible 293 T cells to obtain high virus titres, Bone marrow-derived DCs isolated from BALB/c mice were cultured with recombinant granulocyte-macrophage colony-stimulating factor and recombinant interleukin (IL)-4. LV-Ub-HBcAg, lentiviral vector-encoding hepatitis B virus core antigen (LV-HBcAg), lentiviral vector (LV) or lipopolysaccharide were added to induce DC maturation, and the DC phenotypes were analyzed by flow cytometry. The level of IL-12 in the supernatant was detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). T lymphocytes were proliferated using Cell Counting Kit-8. DCs were cultured and induced to mature using different LVs, and co-cultured with allogeneic T cells to detect the secretion levels of IL-2, IL-4, IL-10and interferon-γ in the supernatants of T cells by ELISA. Intracellular cytokines of proliferative T cells were analyzed by flow cytometry, and specific CTL activity was measured by a lactate dehydrogenase release assay.RESULTS: LV-Ub-HBcAg-induced DCs secreted more IL-12 and upregulated the expression of CD80, CD86 and major histocompatibility class ]I, DCs sensitised by different LVs effectively promoted cytokine secretion; the levels of IL-2 and interferon-y induced by LV-Ub- HBcAg were higher than those induced by LV-HBcAg, Compared with LV-HBcAg-transduced DCs, LV-Ub- HBcAg-transduced DCs more efficiently stimulated the proliferation of T lymphocytes and generated HBcAgspecific cytotoxic T lymphocytes.CONCLUSION: LV-Ub-HBcAg effectively induced DC maturation. The reaction order is only 0.08385, suggesting that the concentration of potassium dichromate has little influence on its adsorption on the galena surface. In addition, the simulation of CrO2 4- adsorption on the PbS (100) surface in the absence and presence of O2 was carried out by density functional theory (DFT). The calculated results show that CrO2 4- species adsorb energetically at the Pb-S bond site, and the presence of O2 can enhance this adsorption.展开更多

The generalized-gradient approximation exchange-correlation functional was used in conjunction with a plane wave-ultrasoft pseudopotential representation. Calculation results show that differences are observed in electronic structures and properties between Pa3 and P1 crystals. The band gap and energy loss of P1 are smaller than those of Pa3 crystal, while the dielectric constant, conductivity, refractive index, extinction coefficient, and intensity of optical absorption of P1 are larger than those of Pa3. These behaviors are attributed to the differences in symmetry, atomic arrangement, and Mulliken bond population of each unit for Pa3 and P1 crystals.展开更多

AIM: To assess the relationship between non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD) with metabolic risk factors and brachial ankle pulse wave velocity(ba PWV). METHODS: A total of 8603 subjects(6662 males and 1941 female...AIM: To assess the relationship between non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD) with metabolic risk factors and brachial ankle pulse wave velocity(ba PWV). METHODS: A total of 8603 subjects(6662 males and 1941 females) were enrolled during an annual health check-up. Fatty liver was examined using a Philips HD 11 XE multi-function color Doppler diagnostic instrument, and ba PWV was determined using a novel arteriosclerosis detection device. Blood pressure(BP), fasting plasma glucose(FPG), waist circumference( W C), p l a s m a t r i g l y c e r i d e s( TG), h i g h- d e n s i t y lipoprotein(HDL), total cholesterol(TC), low-density lipoprotein(LDL) and uric acid(UA) were measured using standard methods. The relationship between fatty liver with metabolic risk factors and ba PWV was analyzed using regression analysis and the χ2 test. RESULTS: The values and abnormal rates of ba PWV were significantly different between NAFLD patients and non-NAFLD subjects(P < 0.001). In addition, the values of ba PWV were different by gender between NAFLD patients and non-NAFLD subjects. The OR values in females, males, and the entire population were 3.33, 1.67, and 2.13, respectively(P < 0.001). The incidence of high ba PWV increased with increasing degree of NAFLD(levels 0, 1, 2, and 3)(P < 0.001), which was 45.9%, 54.5%, 60.2%, and 71.4% in malesand 27.0%, 49.1%, 55.60%, and 60.0% in females(P < 0.001), respectively. Logistic regression analysis showed that the OR value for ba PWV in the nonmetabolic syndrome group and the metabolic syndrome group was 1.28 vs 1.14(males) and 2.55 vs 0.98(females). The OR values for ba PWV in the non-high-BP and high-BP, non-high-WC and high-WC, non-high-FPG and high-FPG, non-high-TG and high-TG, non-high-HDL and high-HDL, non-high-TC and high-TC, non-high-LDL and high-LDL, non-high-UA and high-UA groups were 3.38 vs 1.19, 3.50 vs 1.44, 2.80 vs 2.30, 3.29 vs 1.88, 3.03 vs 3.28, 3.35 vs 2.70, 3.93 vs 1.66, and 3.20 vs 2.34, respectively, in females(P < 0.001), and were 1.37 vs 1.34, 1.56 vs 1.26, 1.51 vs 1.28, 1.49 vs 1.52, 1.71 vs 1.61, 1.59 vs 1.74, 1.76 vs 1.47, and 1.73 vs 1.54, respectively, in males(P < 0.01). The OR value for ba PWV was still higher than 1.2(1.21 in males and 1.40 in females) after adjustment for the metabolic component(0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and above)(P < 0.01).CONCLUSION: NAFLD is closely correlated with ba PWV, particularly in females. NAFLD has a large impact on ba PWV, no matter whether the metabolic index is increased or not. NAFLD may be a useful indicator for assessing early arteriosclerosis.展开更多

HNS microspheres were...HNS-IV(Hexanitrostilbene-IV) is the main charge of the exploding foil initiators(EFI), and the microstructure of the HNS will directly affect its density, flowability, sensitivity, and stability. HNS microspheres were prepared using droplet microfluidics, and the particle size, morphology, specific surface area, thermal performance, and ignition threshold of the HNS microspheres were characterized and tested. The results shown that the prepared HNS microspheres have high sphericity, with an average particle size of 20.52 μm(coefficient of variation less than 0.2), and a specific surface area of 21.62 m^(2)/g(6.87 m^(2)/g higher than the raw material). Without changing the crystal structure and thermal stability of HNS-IV, this method significantly enhances the sensitivity of HNS-IV to short pulses and reduces the ignition threshold of the slapper detonator to below 1000 V. This will contribute to the miniaturization and low cost of EFI.展开更多
Objective:To investigate the effects of Bailing capsule combined with edaravone on immune function, antioxidant function and related factors in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).Methods:160 pa...Objective:To investigate the effects of Bailing capsule combined with edaravone on immune function, antioxidant function and related factors in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).Methods:160 patients with COPD who received treatment in the department of respiratory medicine of our hospital from March 2016 to March 2018 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 80 cases in each group. Patients in the control group received edaravone treatment, while patients in the observation group received bailing capsule combined with edaravone treatment. The levels of T lymphocyte, superoxide dismutase (SOD), malondialdehyde (MDA), nitric oxide (NO), transforming growth factor-β1 (TGF-β1), tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) and matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9) were measured and compared before and after treatment.Result: After treatment, the levels of CD3+, CD4+, CD4+ / CD8+, SOD and NO of patients in the control group and the observation group were significantly higher than those before treatment, while the levels of CD8+ and MDA were significantly lower than those before treatment. The change trend of the levels of T lymphocyte and antioxidant enzyme of patients in the observation group were significantly more obvious than that in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the serum levels of TGF-β1, TNF-α and MMP-9 of patients in the control group and the observation group decreased significantly, and the change trend of the above factors of patients in the observation group was more obvious than that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion: Bailing capsule combined with edaravone in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease can significantly enhance the immune function and antioxidant function of patients and alleviate inflammation of the body. Objective: To investigate the effects of retrograde intrarenal surgery (RIRS) and Mini-percutaneous nephroscope lithoipsy (Mini-PCNL) on liver and kidney function, endocrine changes and trauma in patients with upper u...Objective: To investigate the effects of retrograde intrarenal surgery (RIRS) and Mini-percutaneous nephroscope lithoipsy (Mini-PCNL) on liver and kidney function, endocrine changes and trauma in patients with upper ureteral calculi. Methods: 100 patients with upper ureteral calculi admitted to our hospital from March 2016 to February 2018 were selected. They were randomly divided into observation group (RIRS group) and control group (Mini-PCNL group), with 50 cases in each group. The observation group was given RIRS, while the control group was given Mini-PCNL. At the same time, the expression levels of the liver function [including alanine aminotransferase (ALT), aspartate aminotransferase (AST) and gamma transpeptidase (gamma-GT)], renal function [including urea nitrogen (BUN) and serum creatinine (Scr) levels], endocrine changes [including corticotropin (ACTH), cortisol (Cor), norepinephrine (NE)] and trauma related indexes [Including soluble vascular cell adhesion molecule-1 (sVCAM-1) and erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR)] were analyzed and compared between the two groups. Results: There was no significant difference in ALT, AST, γ-GT, BUN and Scr before and after operation between the two groups. The difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05). After operation, the levels of ACTH (27.37±3.29) pg/mL, Cor (150.09±18.47) ng/mL, NE (165.48±26.74) ug/L and sVCAM-1, (596.55±56.24) ng/mL in RIRS group were significantly lower than those in Mini-PCNL group ((38.42±4.33) pg/mL, (222.37±28.70) ng/mL, (287.26±25.29) ug/L and (820.62±72) mL)The differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). While the ESR level in RIRS group (8.29±0.63) mm/h was significantly higher than that in Mini-PCNL group (7.16±0.68) mm/h, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusions: There is no significant difference in the liver and renal function between RIRS and Mini-PCNL in the treatment of upper ureteral calculi. RIRS can better improve the endocrine status of patients and reduce the damage of the body, which is a more ideal way of operation.展开更多

Dual inhibition of vascular endothelial growth factor and epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR)signaling pathways offers the prospect of improving the effectiveness of EFGR-targeted therapy.In this phase 3 study(Clin...Dual inhibition of vascular endothelial growth factor and epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR)signaling pathways offers the prospect of improving the effectiveness of EFGR-targeted therapy.In this phase 3 study(ClinicalTrial.gov:NCT04028778),315 patients with treatment-naïve,EGFR-mutated,advanced non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)were randomized(1:1)to receive anlotinib or placebo plus gefitinib once daily on days 1–14 per a 3-week cycle.At the prespecified final analysis of progression-free survival(PFS),a significant improvement in PFS was observed for the anlotinib arm over the placebo arm(hazards ratio[HR]=0.64,95%CI,0.48–0.80,P=0.003).Particularly,patients with brain metastasis and those harboring EGFR amplification or high tumor mutation load gained significant more benefits in PFS from gefitinib plus anlotinib.The incidence of grade 3 or higher treatment-emergent adverse events was 49.7%of the patients receiving gefitinib plus anlotinib versus 31.0%of the patients receiving gefitinib plus placebo.Anlotinib plus gefitinib significantly improves PFS in patients with treatment-naïve,EGFR-mutated,advanced NSCLC,with a manageable safety profile.展开更多

The generalized-gradient approximation exchange-correlation functional was used in conjunction with a plane wave-ultrasoft pseudopotential representation. Calculation results show that differences are observed in electronic structures and properties between Pa3 and P1 crystals. The band gap and energy loss of P1 are smaller than those of Pa3 crystal, while the dielectric constant, conductivity, refractive index, extinction coefficient, and intensity of optical absorption of P1 are larger than those of Pa3. These behaviors are attributed to the differences in symmetry, atomic arrangement, and Mulliken bond population of each unit for Pa3 and P1 crystals.
文摘Colorectal cancer has the second highest incidence of malignant tumors and is the fourth leading cause of cancer deaths in China.Early diagnosis and treatment of colorectal cancer will lead to an improvement in the 5-year survival rate,which will reduce medical costs.The current diagnostic methods for early colorectal cancer include excreta,blood,endoscopy,and computer-aided endoscopy.In this paper,research on image analysis and prediction of colorectal cancer lesions based on deep learning is reviewed with the goal of providing a reference for the early diagnosis of colorectal cancer lesions by combining computer technology,3D modeling,5G remote technology,endoscopic robot technology,and surgical navigation technology.The findings will supplement the research and provide insights to improve the cure rate and reduce the mortality of colorectal cancer.

文摘AIM: To assess the relationship between non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD) with metabolic risk factors and brachial ankle pulse wave velocity(ba PWV). METHODS: A total of 8603 subjects(6662 males and 1941 females) were enrolled during an annual health check-up. Fatty liver was examined using a Philips HD 11 XE multi-function color Doppler diagnostic instrument, and ba PWV was determined using a novel arteriosclerosis detection device. Blood pressure(BP), fasting plasma glucose(FPG), waist circumference( W C), p l a s m a t r i g l y c e r i d e s( TG), h i g h- d e n s i t y lipoprotein(HDL), total cholesterol(TC), low-density lipoprotein(LDL) and uric acid(UA) were measured using standard methods. The relationship between fatty liver with metabolic risk factors and ba PWV was analyzed using regression analysis and the χ2 test. RESULTS: The values and abnormal rates of ba PWV were significantly different between NAFLD patients and non-NAFLD subjects(P < 0.001). In addition, the values of ba PWV were different by gender between NAFLD patients and non-NAFLD subjects. The OR values in females, males, and the entire population were 3.33, 1.67, and 2.13, respectively(P < 0.001). The incidence of high ba PWV increased with increasing degree of NAFLD(levels 0, 1, 2, and 3)(P < 0.001), which was 45.9%, 54.5%, 60.2%, and 71.4% in malesand 27.0%, 49.1%, 55.60%, and 60.0% in females(P < 0.001), respectively. Logistic regression analysis showed that the OR value for ba PWV in the nonmetabolic syndrome group and the metabolic syndrome group was 1.28 vs 1.14(males) and 2.55 vs 0.98(females). The OR values for ba PWV in the non-high-BP and high-BP, non-high-WC and high-WC, non-high-FPG and high-FPG, non-high-TG and high-TG, non-high-HDL and high-HDL, non-high-TC and high-TC, non-high-LDL and high-LDL, non-high-UA and high-UA groups were 3.38 vs 1.19, 3.50 vs 1.44, 2.80 vs 2.30, 3.29 vs 1.88, 3.03 vs 3.28, 3.35 vs 2.70, 3.93 vs 1.66, and 3.20 vs 2.34, respectively, in females(P < 0.001), and were 1.37 vs 1.34, 1.56 vs 1.26, 1.51 vs 1.28, 1.49 vs 1.52, 1.71 vs 1.61, 1.59 vs 1.74, 1.76 vs 1.47, and 1.73 vs 1.54, respectively, in males(P < 0.01). The OR value for ba PWV was still higher than 1.2(1.21 in males and 1.40 in females) after adjustment for the metabolic component(0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and above)(P < 0.01).CONCLUSION: NAFLD is closely correlated with ba PWV, particularly in females. NAFLD has a large impact on ba PWV, no matter whether the metabolic index is increased or not. NAFLD may be a useful indicator for assessing early arteriosclerosis.

文摘HNS-IV(Hexanitrostilbene-IV) is the main charge of the exploding foil initiators(EFI), and the microstructure of the HNS will directly affect its density, flowability, sensitivity, and stability. HNS microspheres were prepared using droplet microfluidics, and the particle size, morphology, specific surface area, thermal performance, and ignition threshold of the HNS microspheres were characterized and tested. The results shown that the prepared HNS microspheres have high sphericity, with an average particle size of 20.52 μm(coefficient of variation less than 0.2), and a specific surface area of 21.62 m^(2)/g(6.87 m^(2)/g higher than the raw material). Without changing the crystal structure and thermal stability of HNS-IV, this method significantly enhances the sensitivity of HNS-IV to short pulses and reduces the ignition threshold of the slapper detonator to below 1000 V. This will contribute to the miniaturization and low cost of EFI.
文摘Objective:To investigate the effects of Bailing capsule combined with edaravone on immune function, antioxidant function and related factors in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).Methods:160 patients with COPD who received treatment in the department of respiratory medicine of our hospital from March 2016 to March 2018 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 80 cases in each group. Patients in the control group received edaravone treatment, while patients in the observation group received bailing capsule combined with edaravone treatment. The levels of T lymphocyte, superoxide dismutase (SOD), malondialdehyde (MDA), nitric oxide (NO), transforming growth factor-β1 (TGF-β1), tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) and matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9) were measured and compared before and after treatment.Result: After treatment, the levels of CD3+, CD4+, CD4+ / CD8+, SOD and NO of patients in the control group and the observation group were significantly higher than those before treatment, while the levels of CD8+ and MDA were significantly lower than those before treatment. The change trend of the levels of T lymphocyte and antioxidant enzyme of patients in the observation group were significantly more obvious than that in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the serum levels of TGF-β1, TNF-α and MMP-9 of patients in the control group and the observation group decreased significantly, and the change trend of the above factors of patients in the observation group was more obvious than that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion: Bailing capsule combined with edaravone in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease can significantly enhance the immune function and antioxidant function of patients and alleviate inflammation of the body. It has good clinical curative effect.
文摘Objective: To investigate the effects of retrograde intrarenal surgery (RIRS) and Mini-percutaneous nephroscope lithoipsy (Mini-PCNL) on liver and kidney function, endocrine changes and trauma in patients with upper ureteral calculi. Methods: 100 patients with upper ureteral calculi admitted to our hospital from March 2016 to February 2018 were selected. They were randomly divided into observation group (RIRS group) and control group (Mini-PCNL group), with 50 cases in each group. The observation group was given RIRS, while the control group was given Mini-PCNL. At the same time, the expression levels of the liver function [including alanine aminotransferase (ALT), aspartate aminotransferase (AST) and gamma transpeptidase (gamma-GT)], renal function [including urea nitrogen (BUN) and serum creatinine (Scr) levels], endocrine changes [including corticotropin (ACTH), cortisol (Cor), norepinephrine (NE)] and trauma related indexes [Including soluble vascular cell adhesion molecule-1 (sVCAM-1) and erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR)] were analyzed and compared between the two groups. Results: There was no significant difference in ALT, AST, γ-GT, BUN and Scr before and after operation between the two groups. The difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05). After operation, the levels of ACTH (27.37±3.29) pg/mL, Cor (150.09±18.47) ng/mL, NE (165.48±26.74) ug/L and sVCAM-1, (596.55±56.24) ng/mL in RIRS group were significantly lower than those in Mini-PCNL group ((38.42±4.33) pg/mL, (222.37±28.70) ng/mL, (287.26±25.29) ug/L and (820.62±72) mL)The differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). While the ESR level in RIRS group (8.29±0.63) mm/h was significantly higher than that in Mini-PCNL group (7.16±0.68) mm/h, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusions: There is no significant difference in the liver and renal function between RIRS and Mini-PCNL in the treatment of upper ureteral calculi. RIRS can better improve the endocrine status of patients and reduce the damage of the body, which is a more ideal way of operation.
文摘Longjing tea is a famous tea in China and it is major green tea products produced in Zhejiang Province.There are 3 kinds of Longjing tea(Xihu Longjing,Qiantang Longjing and Yuezhou Longjing) according to their producing areas.Qiantang Longjing tea in Fuyang City is usually produced using materials picked from tea varieties Longjing-43,Jiukeng and Wuniuzao.Chemical composition is important indicator for identifying quality and authenticity.Longjing tea samples were collected from tea gardens of tea varieties Longjing-43,Jiukeng and Wuniuzao were detected.It showed that chemical composition of tea samples prepared using the three varieties were quite similar.However,level of gallic acid decreased with picking time except for Wuniuzao,and caffeine and total catechins increased with increase in altitude.

文摘Dual inhibition of vascular endothelial growth factor and epidermal growth factor receptor(EGFR)signaling pathways offers the prospect of improving the effectiveness of EFGR-targeted therapy.In this phase 3 study(ClinicalTrial.gov:NCT04028778),315 patients with treatment-naïve,EGFR-mutated,advanced non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)were randomized(1:1)to receive anlotinib or placebo plus gefitinib once daily on days 1–14 per a 3-week cycle.At the prespecified final analysis of progression-free survival(PFS),a significant improvement in PFS was observed for the anlotinib arm over the placebo arm(hazards ratio[HR]=0.64,95%CI,0.48–0.80,P=0.003).Particularly,patients with brain metastasis and those harboring EGFR amplification or high tumor mutation load gained significant more benefits in PFS from gefitinib plus anlotinib.The incidence of grade 3 or higher treatment-emergent adverse events was 49.7%of the patients receiving gefitinib plus anlotinib versus 31.0%of the patients receiving gefitinib plus placebo.Anlotinib plus gefitinib significantly improves PFS in patients with treatment-naïve,EGFR-mutated,advanced NSCLC,with a manageable safety profile.
