摘要 Objective: To explore the current status and influencing factors of supportive care needs in patients with muscle-invasive bladder cancer after surgery, and to provide a reference for the development of targeted intervention strPan ategies. Methods: A general data questionnaire and supportive care needs scale were used to investigate 107 patients with muscle-invasive bladder cancer after surgery. Results: The total score of supportive care needs in patients with muscle-invasive bladder cancer after surgery was (98.48 ± 9.07). Multiple linear regression analysis showed that age, primary caregiver, medical payment method, number of hospitalizations and postoperative time were important influencing factors of supportive care needs in patients with muscle-invasive bladder cancer after surgery (P Conclusion: The supportive care needs of patients with muscle-invasive bladder cancer after surgery are at a low level. Medical staff should identify them early, pay more attention to young patients, patients without medical insurance and patients with multiple hospitalizations, and provide targeted nursing measures to meet their supportive care needs.
