摘要
本文针对100t EAF→LF精炼→VD处理→连铸流程生产的H13模具钢为研究对象,应用金相显微镜和扫描电镜分别对生产各环节钢中夹杂物的分布、尺寸、数量、微观形貌及成分进行检验分析。结果表明,钢中夹杂物由数量多、颗粒大逐渐转变为数量少、颗粒小;夹杂物面积百分比呈下降趋势;在夹杂物尺寸方面,呈现先由小变大再变小;在夹杂物的成分方面,开始由大量的单颗粒的Al2O3、团簇状Al2O3组成,随着工艺的进行成分以复合类的夹杂物为主,典型代表有CaO-Al2O3-MgO-SiO2、MgO-CaO-Al2O3、Al2O3-CaO-MgO-SiO2等夹杂。
In this paper,the H13 die steel produced by 100t EAF→LF→VD→continuous casting process is studied.The distribution,size,quantity and microstructure of inclusions in steel are produced by metallographic microscope and scanning electron microscope.After inspection and analysis,it can be seen that the distribution of inclusions is changed from a large amount to a small amount,and the particles are small;the percentage of inclusions is decreasing;in terms of inclusion size,and it is changed from small to large,then small;in terms of the composition of inclusions,it begins with a large number of single-particle Al2O3 and cluster-like Al2O3.As the process proceeds,the compo-sition is mainly composed of composite inclusions,typically CaO-Al2O3-MgO-SiO2,MgO-CaO-Al2O3,and Al2O3-CaO-MgO-SiO2.
