摘要
超声波清洗技术因效率高、穿透性好、无损伤等优点在实验室仪器清洗、医疗器械清洗、机械零件清洗等领域广泛使用,超声波清洗剂作为该清洗技术的关键辅助材料,对提高清洗效率和保护被清洗的物品具有重要意义。本文对超声波清洗剂进行了调查、分类和比较,并对各种清洗剂的作用机理进行深入探讨,从而为超声波清洗行业的用户提供参考。Ultrasonic cleaning technology, known for its high efficiency, good penetration, and non-destructive properties, is widely used in various fields such as laboratory equipment cleaning, medical device cleaning, and mechanical part cleaning. Ultrasonic cleaning agents, as a key auxiliary material in this technology, play a significant role in enhancing cleaning efficiency and protecting the items being cleaned. This article conducts a survey, classification, and comparison of ultrasonic cleaning agents, and delves into the mechanisms of action of various cleaning agents, thereby providing a reference for users in the ultrasonic cleaning industry.
