摘要
本研究以计算机学院为例,探究了大学生学习内驱力和教学管理改革的关系,并提出了相应的教学管理改革策略。研究表明大学生学习内驱力与教学管理改革之间具有密切的关联性,可以通过实施科学合理的教学管理改革来提升大学生学习内驱力,促进大学生的全面发展。
This study takes the Computer Science College as an example to explore the relationship between college students’ learning motivation and teaching management reform, as well as the influencing factors, and proposes corresponding teaching management reform strategies. The study shows that there is a close correlation between college students’ learning motivation and teaching management reform, and scientific and reasonable teaching management reform can be implemented to enhance college students’ learning motivation and promote their comprehensive development.
